Quality and design great
Quality and design great, sadly the capacity wasn't as much as I'd anticipated- I'd read the measurements before purchase but when I saw it up close it was too small for the use I'd intended. So I have returned the bag, my old Pacsafe bag - which has given excellent service - zip has broken, will see if I can get this repaired.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the GO Anti-Theft Festival Crossbody was smaller than you expected. It’s a compact design for carrying essentials, and your friend may have a different model.
Please contact us at customercare@pacsafe.co.uk so we can help you find a larger option and advise on returning your bag if it isn’t suitable.

Not delivered properly
They left this expensive, valuable item on the floor of the porch, and didn't bother putting it in the LARGE SECURITY LETTER BOX. There are huge, obvious signs all round the porch telling deliverers WHERE TO PUT ALL MAIL. YOU CAN'T MISS THEM, but obviously your deliverer can't read. Luckily my sister in law went today and found it. The porch door slides open and we have in the past had parcels stolen. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Antwoord van Pacsafe UK
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re very sorry your parcel was left on the porch floor despite the clear signs directing deliveries to your security letterbox. We understand your concern, especially given that parcels have previously been stolen.
This is very unusual for Royal Mail in our experience, but the delivery instructions should have been followed. We’re relieved your sister-in-law found the parcel, and we’re sorry you were let down on this occasion.
We will raise this issue with Royal Mail and ask them to investigate.

Fantastic Customer Service
Our recent purchase never arrived due to poor delivery service from Royal Mail (that's another story).
However, Laura in Customer Care was amazing and ensured that an investigation took place and that a replacement was sent out. Laura kept in regular contact with us whilst she was looking into things and was very responsive to my emails. Highly recommend this supplier - and now we have the product its fabulous and we can't wait to take it on our next trip and feel safe whilst we relax on the beach.
