Great bag, poor delivery service.
I love Pacsafe products and have been buying their products for many years. I do wish they were still making wheelie bags and roll bags, but the diversification into different styles and colours provided the opportunity to purchase a decent and very functional rucksack for my wife for a trip to London with friends. Only one problem. Delivery by Royal Mail who can no longer be trusted to deliver on time. We did receive the bag 17:00 on the day before we needed it, but I honestly thought it wasn't going to arrive. Please, please, please Pacsafe find a better option for the delivery of your products. OK, at least Royal Mail knock on the door instead of dumping deliveries on the doorstep but it's no good delivering stuff late.

It means a great deal to hear that you have been choosing Pacsafe products for so many years. We’re delighted that our newer range offered the right rucksack for your wife’s trip, appreciate your comments about our wheeled and rolling bags. We’re pleased to let you know that Pacsafe will be introducing a new range of trolley bags in 2027.
We are very sorry that Royal Mail did not provide the standard of delivery service you and we expected. Although the bag thankfully arrived just in time, we completely understand how frustrating and worrying the delay must have been.
Finding a courier that delivers efficiently and on time across every part of the country is extremely difficult, as service levels can vary considerably from region to region. Overall, we have found Royal Mail to achieve a higher percentage of successful deliveries than the other courier companies we use, although we fully appreciate that this was not reflected in your experience.
We will certainly take your comments on board and sincerely appreciate your honest and constructive feedback.
Kind regards,
The Pacsafe Team

Pacsafe V Anti Theft Hip Bag
The bag arrived as expected. The website is easy to use and the information about the product especially the measurements was detailed. I like the fact that the bag is made from recycled bottles. The strap lock and zip lock take a bit of getting used to but aren't difficult. I bought the bag specifically for its security. The bag is well made and the locks appear very robust. The only thing I would suggest is that on the front compartment the zip goes all the way round so the whole thing opens up which is a minor observation. Overall I'm very pleased with the bag.

We really appreciate such a detailed and thoughtful review. It’s great to hear that the measurements on our website helped you choose the right bag and that you value both its recycled materials and robust security features.
The strap and zipper locks can take a little practice initially, but we are pleased you found them straightforward once familiar. Your observation about the front compartment opening fully is also very helpful, and we’ll pass this suggestion to our product team for consideration.
Most importantly, we’re delighted that you’re pleased with the quality of the bag and the additional security it provides.
Kind regards,
The Pacsafe Team
