Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry the bag was smaller than you expected. The dimensions and litre capacity are displayed within the Specifications section of the product page, although we appreciate that judging the usable space of a bag online can sometimes be difficult.
If the bag is unused and still within the returns period, please contact us and we will be happy to help you return it or recommend a larger alternative. You can contact us at customercare@pacsafe.co.uk

The bag purchased arrived promptly and…
The bag purchased arrived promptly and was just as advertised. I liked the fact that it was delivered in minimal packaging which was recyclable. The backpack was bought to use on our holiday later in the year, so has not been used as yet but is a good size and looks like it will hold plenty comfortably and will keep items secure. I already have a crossbody bag from pacsafe which is used regularly, so am sure a backpack would be equally as good.

Love my Micro bag
Love my Micro bag. Just what I needed for my holiday to keep my phone, earbuds and cards/money safe. The bag would also take a passport without its cover. There is also a clip inside the main pocket to clip your keys to. The bag was delivered in good time and was well packed.
The only downsides are the zippers can be difficult for people with arthritis or problems with weak hands to release them from the zipper dock lock. Also the bags are quite pricey compared to other ones on the market

Thank you for your detailed review! We’re delighted the Micro bag was just what you needed for keeping your holiday essentials safe and organised.
We appreciate your comments about the zipper dock being difficult for customers with arthritis or reduced hand strength and will pass this valuable accessibility feedback to Pacsafe’s product team. We also understand your point regarding price; Pacsafe bags incorporate specialist anti-theft features and durable materials, but we recognise that cost remains an important consideration.
