Phenomenal customer service and a product that’s as good as the hype !
Never heard of Pacsafe until I started researching safe travel bags. I made several errors on my initial order (then panicked when I saw it was email contact only with web chat etc but no direct telephone contact. However on a weekend they answered the email & instantly refunded money I paid. Second attempt I picked right bag ordered wrong colour again emailed and they responded within 24 hours and sent the colour I wanted and not the one I accidentally ordered.
Product arrived and the quality matched the hype of the website. Absolutely love the security locking zips and had to walk around city centre with it full of my stuff all day , it felt fantastic and looks great! ( urban sling bag ) it’s smaller than a rucksack but holds my mini iPad , chargers, wallet and whole host of cables . My first cross body bag and this is the company I will go back to when I need a safe high quality bag.

It’s wonderful to hear that the quality lived up to your expectations and that the bag felt comfortable and secure throughout a full day in the city. The Urban Sling is a great alternative to a larger backpack while still providing plenty of room for everyday essentials.

OK, Small, strap frayed
Looks good, it's smaller than I thought. The strap is a bit frayed, which for the price is not good. The rest seems fine.

Great safety features
Pacsafe City CX Convertible Back pack.
Easy to order. Prompt delivery.
Great item. I loved the fact that the inside of the main part could be accessed safely via a zip in the back.
The only thing I can think of to improve this bag would be an external water bottle pocket.
Pacsafe’s previous reply was for a different back pack

Thank you for your review. We’re delighted that you found ordering easy, delivery prompt and that you’re pleased with your Pacsafe GO 25L, particularly the secure rear-access pocket.
The GO 25L does have an external side pocket designed to carry a reusable water bottle or small umbrella, although it can be quite discreet when not in use. We hope this makes the bag even more useful for you!
