only had the padmate slide mini for 2 days and so far it meets all expectations

I received it 10 days after placing the order. I have been using it for almost two months. The sound quality is great and the battery is durable. I recommend!!!

Terrible products, terrible customer service. In terms of customer service they assume you are an idiot and provide info on how to use the earbud, when it's not a question of user error, but a question of terrible design.

Excelentes produtos valem o quanto pesam comprei um Pamu Slide e um Pamu Slide Mini e têm sido ótimos em minhas caminhadas escutando músicas e também no trabalho agora nessa fase que atravessamos de Covid 19, onde precisamos nos comunicar à distância.

Bought a set of mini earbuds arrived on June 4 2020.

After use less than 5times, and it already hv defects in June 20. The left side earbud unable to charge, due to defect product and unreliable, contacted the supplier, need to ship back to china for exchage a new set at my own shipping cost.

Ask them to share any Shipper (courier) from Singapore to ship back to them, but they are not very helpful

Based on the shopee saw the same review was posted same defect, I ask for refund instead of replace a new set was rejected.

No courier is able to accept any bluetool device to ship back to China.

Pls consider before you plan to purchase PAMU earbud

Product is not that bad but service is horrible. I tried to contact them but everything is your fault. My right earbud stoped to charge when in the case. They told me that the solution to fix it is to take wire and put it on the left side -_-. What a joke. After that I asked for refund and they said they are willing to send me a pair if I pay shipping or I leave a positive comment. Here it's... No one will blackmail me on this ! They advertise well but you should spend money on good known company this one is crap !

I honestly love Padmate/Pamu, I bought all the previous released versions and the Pamu slide is working great. Especially build quality, bluetooth 5.0 and the customer support if there are any problems.

I will buy future products, thank you Padmate!

The product itself isn't that bad, until it breaks and you have to talk to these sleazeballs. They tried to get me to write a good review here in exchange for fixing my problem in lieu of charging me money for a warranty issue.

The issue was the design of the Pamu Slide literally cuts off the ribbon cable for the LED's with the sliding assembly...I sent pictures and they told me I was "using it wrong"...I ask you, if the name has "Slide" in it, you'd think the SLIDING assembly should be able to slide occasionally right? No, according to these feckless baboons. I jerry-rigged it myself out of spite and sent them an angry email.

I wish 0 stars were an option. Horrible.

I am one of the earliest backers of Pamu Slide. I can testify that besides first manufacturing problems of beginning (July 2019), few times later they fixed it and the product is PERFECT : 2 independent mic, perfect fit in ears. I have bought 2 Slide and 1 Slide mini for gifts and they are awesome. Good point is after sale service is responding quite fast and answer perfectly to solve issues. This is the most important for crowdfunded products : quality, reliability and responding after sale service. Good job.

One of the best headphones I've ever used. Deliver everything you promise. The sound quality is incredible. I am an amateur athlete and I use the fines frequently, the ergonomics of the headphones is surprising, fits well in the ears and does not fall. It is a great ear bug!!! High quality of sound, good bass and a clear sound! It doesn't bother or hurt the ear. I work with it and I stay 8 hours per day, it is very comfortable. I recommend!

estou muito satisfeito com os fones adquiridos. Eles entregam um grave agradável e facilitam muito meu dia a dia. A minha pratica de esportes hoje em dia é bem melhor com o uso destes fones. Pamu Slide está de parabéns.
