I have ordered a Pamu Slide headset in July 2019 and got it in my hands in September 2019. Superb battery life, good sound quality and especially very good customer care. Recently, I encountered problems with one of the earpiece. I contacted the customer support team and provided all the required information, they tried to solve my problem, but when it didn't go so well they sent me a new pair of headsets. I appreciate the quick support response from them.

Hello Padmate and everyone. I have purchased this headset since June 2019, great battery life, good sound quality and especially very good customer care. Recently, I encountered a small problem with one earpiece. I contacted customer support and after sending the required information, they promptly solved my problem, they sent me a new headset. I got my Pamu Slide and have been using it for over 8 months, they sound great and very comfortable. Compare to my airpods, I even like Pamu Slide even better because of those reasons. I ran into a small issue, and contacted customer service. John was helping taking care of my case and made my life super easy. I have dealt with many after sale services, I must say that their customer service and warranty is one of the best in the business. I’m super happy and pleased with my purchase decision.

Apparently when they charge your card, it's in foreign transactions. That means more money out of pocket as your bank will charge you a foreign transaction fee. Padmate refuses to help,stating everyone knows this..

Bought a set of mini earbuds on 5/4/20 but decided to cancel the order the following day. Eventhough it was not shipped they refused to cancel the order and was advised to return it when received. The product finally arrived but I refused delivery and sent it back unopened. According to USPS product was received by them on 5/8/20 but they have not issued a refund yet and keep telling me that they are investigating. This was the second product I buy from this company and rest assured it will be the last.

As far as sound quality, this product match and perhaps even exceed the quality and performance in this price range.

It incorporates features that deliver bass & clear and loud mids & highs & long batter life in a design that still sit well without dropping issues. I use it mainly for listening to music and having calls.
When listening, set it at 75% of valume range, I can get bass and detailed audio sound quality. Improved battery life is a decent, using it 3-4 hours at work every day, and it lasts a long time.
The initial eartips did not suit me quite well, and after checking with their customer service, they advise another one, and yeah I nailed it, sound quality get better and I get a tight seal.

I like the case, it is a small little stuff, compact and lightweight, put it in pocket or bag on the go, you can have a short tip without looking for USB cable.

I have mine almost 4 months, and until now everything is good so far. Overall a satisfied buyer.

Do NOT buy from this company. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They charged my card AFTER I asked them to cancel my order (before shipping). They refuse to refund my money until I give them a reason. I've told them 4 times that I changed my mind and don't want the product. Refund my money!!

Bad fit, keeps falling off my ears. They are too thick to go deep in ear.
Flat sound, no bass unless you press into ears and hold it.
Bad bluetooth connection as i struggle to get connected with my iphone max every-time i wear them on.

LIES!!! MINE FALL OUT ALL THE TIME AND THE WARRANTY IS A JOKE... I’m on day 4 of an email string fighting to get my money back for a hardware fail and crap connection. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I'm very surprised that this company has gotten more bad reviews over good ones. I reviewed the Pamu Slide Mini from a youtube channel I'm a big fan of and they highly recommended the product.
As it was cheap and are competitive with Apple Airpods, I decided to buy them direct from the Padmate website. The earphones arrived a week later in a well wrapped package. I have had the set for 3 months now. I use them a few times a week for an hour or two each day and I have only charged the set once since I got them. They stay in my ears when I'm walking, the sound quality I'm impressed with. They are also very lightweight and the case size is ideal. The buds also magnetically attach to the case. I'm a happy customer.

I love my PaMu slide, in my opinion it’s superior to Apple AirPod gen 1&2.
They also have a friendly and helpful support staff!

I bought the pamu slide headphones as part of a discount during the black friday sale during late November.

I have not been able to charge the case since i realized that the headphones were not charging in early february (i do not use them that often).

This is a terrible product because the customer support is terrible. I keep getting the run around from the official customer support saying that since i did not buy the product from the official store there is nothing they can do to help.

I just bought a pair of earbuds and I am pretty happy! Although whenever I wear them (one or both) it's difficult to hear the surrounding noise. Amazing noise canceling function!

I am a big fan of the previous version Pamu Slide.. But now I think that their new product is better. The fit the sound, the design and the price. Everything..!
I got the white one and they are so awesome.. Absolutely love the colour. !
By the way. Delivery on time. Don't worry about shipping. It looks like they have a warehouse in Europe so I got it only in 4 days.

I bought their pamu slide mini instead of my broken one. As a product worth of $55, I have to admite that it works well. The base performs perfect and the design is cute, too. I received my package after 5 days waitting, faster than Ebay. I couldn't give him a perfect score because I only used it for a month. However, In this price range, Pamu is the best.

Excellent service d'apres-vente! J'ai acheté Pamu Slide et après un mois, les commandes tactiles de la pièce gauche ont cessé. Après un chat et un e-mail, ils m'ont envoyé une paire de remplacement! Donc, soyez patient, ils vous couvriront. Merci Padmate.

Excellent customer service! I bought Pamu Slide and after a month the left piece touch controls stopped working. After some chat and email padmate sent me a replacement pair! So, I've been there, be patient they will cover you. Thank you Padmate.

It’s a scam. Don’t fall for it. Bought two sets and both stopped working within a week. Customer service is non existent and they ask you to do ridiculous requests that are not in the terms and conditions of the sale. Supposed to have a warranty but the company will avoid everything possible to fix your problem or return your money.

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING FROM THESE, I ADVISE AGAINST IT.

Will happily provide proof of email correspondence if anyone wants a copy. An utterly shocking joke of a company.

To anyone considering purchasing this earphones, please don't. just don't. The quality of the earbuds is terrible and their customer service (I'm sure many others have posted about this) is the worst. The PaMu Slides don't last more than a month, even with proper care.
