I love my Flex. I feel like Paiseec listens to their customers and provides what people are asking for. They were very helpful answering my questions to help me choose the right mobility aid. I can use my Flex to walk, ride, or be pushed. I needed all 3 and my Flex continually comes through for me.

It's light, runs great. I took it to the Tulsa State Fair, it went all over the fair grounds, Over all the cords, the mats, up and down ramps, Light and able to move and folds up super simple.

I love the smooth ride and the sharp look of the scooter. Im the envy of my community.

I purchased this for my granddaughter and we couldn’t be happier with it! It arrived very quickly, was packaged well, and everything was exactly as described.

It’s well made, easy to use, and the lavender color is absolutely beautiful. The joystick control is very easy for her to operate, and she is able to move and navigate the chair easily on her own. Most importantly, it has given her more independence, and that means so much to her and to our family.

She absolutely loves it, and seeing her have that freedom and be able to do more on her own makes me incredibly happy with this purchase.

Wow, what a ride. Ive been rained in the past 15 days & I have not gotten to ride my new Paisec Scooter. Well, today it is nice out & I took the scooter for a ride. It was just great. The only advice I would give a some one looking to buy one, ck your rear size, sear may seam small to a bigger person. Other wise, it is a wonderful scooter. Easy to learn & use.

Best purchase in years...
I've had this scooter for about a month and I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. Its powerful enough to make it up our short driveway so I can ride it all the way to our front door. The customer service department is the best I have worked with in a very long time. You can ask them anything and they will get back to you with an answer within just a day or so. Hopefully my wife will be ordering hers very soon so we can go cruising together.

This chair is exactly what I needed for daily mobility. Navigating the chair is easy and accommodating. The lavender color is a big bonus. If you have to use a chair it’s nice to have a stylish one.

Best investment I've made for my arthritic knees. My first outing was to the Fresno Zoo. What a great day to be able to enjoy going from exhibit to exhibit and not having to worry about the constant pain or finding the next bench to sit down and rest. I actually outlasted my boyfriend who usually has to wait for me. Unfortunately, somewhere along the way, I lost the rubber mat. I zoomed around the zoo looking for it without success. I highly recommend adding velcro tabs to the rubber mat to prevent it from falling off. I also impressed how long the batteries lasted. I made it all the way thru the zoo using 1/2 a battery. We found the unit a little heavy to get in and out of the car, but nothing impossible. I look forward to taking it on a flight with me to Colorado next month.

I’ve never been more excited to receive anything in the mail!
We were using the chair straight out of the box within about 20 seconds- I appreciate the ease of not having to put anything together, plus it came with enough of a charge to try it out. The chair is insanely intuitive and user friendly…I love the minimalist look of the chair and the functionality; not having a lot of extra buttons and toggles and manuals to read, it’s just so very simple!
COPD has taken many years from my father but now there is a whole world of possibilities for us, we are so very grateful!

I have been very impressed with the overall quality, appearance, features, and ease of use for both my wife and me (she has to put it in our car since I cannot). I did extensive research on mobility devices, and after looking at all the options, Paiseec has the most advanced features, is compared to the "top-of-the-line" devices, has the longest battery life, and has the most power to get up hills. Oh yeah, it's also $1000 cheaper than those other mobility devices. You simply cannot find a better solution than a Paiseec Mobility Scooter. I got the mid-range model. It is the heaviest, but if you can manage that (or your loved one, in my case), then I believe it's the best choice.

When my original order would not be arriving by a certain date the sales person informed me that they could ship a different color mobility scooter in stock and would be able to ship it right away. She changed everything on the order and had it shipped within 24 hrs. There customer service is AAAAAA+.

The Customer Service Representative, Daisy, had helped me with my order (s). She was very understanding, patient and professional at all times. This is the first time that I was purchasing a mobility scooter, therefore, I was indecisive; but she kept in contact with me throughout this process which I greatly appreciate.

Wheelchair broke within 1 month of using it
And Paiseec promised they would replace the broken part immediately and send it to me in the location where I was (I was traveling), but they didn't and made me pay for shipping for the part. I wanted to have a full refund on the chair. It shorted out for no reason and stopped propelling forward, at one point leaving me stranded in a parking lot, so thank goodness my spouse came back from the store to help me. Their customer service promised me something they didn't deliver. I understand products can be faulty, but this is ridiculous and for the cost of the wheelchair, they should have better warranty and customer support.
