Great scooter. Love it.

Good price,high quality product, I am 275lbs and was worried about battery life and incline climbing, neither of these were an issue, climbs well and haven't yet had to switch to second available battery during normal daily use. I have had a variety of mobility scooters over the years piaseec is definitely the best.

Ordering from Paiseec was extremely easy and completely hassle free! Product arrived fast and perfectly protected from damage. Have had absolutely zero problems using device, very well made. Would recommend Paiseec to any & all. Will not hesitate to order again from Paiseec.

I got my L5 in time to cruise Disney World with visiting family. It works great. We took it around our block a couple of times to test battery. 5% usage for .9 miles. Works out at almost 18 miles per battery on level ground. I had no problems on inclines. The Monorail ramps are pretty steep. I put it in 3rd and flew up the ramps. One day we spent 10 hours at the park and never dropped below 40% charge. The headlight is bright and helped me following our Thundering Herd(6 adults, 7 kids) around the park. Customer service was great helping me keep track of delivery date and answering all my questions. There is only 1 problem with the entire L5. The horn is a whisper.

The chair I received has been absolutely amazing! It handles moderate hills well, and the battery has a good life. It gets me where I need to go and has changed my life. It has given me back my independence.

They have a good product. D3 scooter worked well for a 3 day Disney trip. Only hiccup was the set screw for the speed control kept backing out.

person on the phone helped me get the special price even tho the promotion ended. Seems very well built. Goes down my dirt driveway and in the grass yard very well. Bought it to take my dad to outdoor events so he could enjoy them more. can not wait to see how it works at the fair when we go thru the animal barns. he has bad days so for him to control it isn't wise. we can control the chair from we hind and get the ease off no really pushing him.

I am a 76 year old woman with spinal problems. I weigh 150 pounds and I am 5'5". I had to buy a stadium seat to put on the seat but it does the trick. I love that the scooter is small and capable of taking me on Main Street shopping trips. It's heavier than I anticipated. I find that it is not all that easy to take it apart to make two pieces to move more easily. It is also tippy if the ground is not level. I have to lean to the other side if the sidewalk or road slants down on one side. Also going up an incline I have to lean forward as it is extremely easy to go over backward. I find that the average adult with no health issues is able to take the scooter in and out of my vehicle with no trouble. Once on the ground, it snaps into place easily. I wish it came with rearview mirrors as I have trouble turning my head around to see behind me when I am backing up. I would also prefer to have a more even flow of power as the different levels tend to give me a choppy ride when I change them while driving. It stores quite nicely in my auto without taking up much room. All in all, I'm happy to have it.

The Paiseec 3-in-1 W3 Electric Wheelchair W3 is a wonderful product. My mother can operate it with ease around her retirement community. It truly gives her the extra mobility she needs to get around and she can operate it from a seated or standing position (when she needs to) without help from others. Plus with the additional power mode to help a caregiver push the chair with her in it is a very nice feature. I can't say enough positive things about this motorized chair. The ONLY thing I would suggest is to change the color of the rubber plug (on the arm of the chair, where the charger plugs in) from black to something brighter (yellow? red? white? etc.) so people can see it easier to plug in the charger. This is a wonderful product!

Our order PAI7328 has been delivered super fast and with great care. This is excellent light weight product and very easy to carry around in car anywhere. If has long battery and can run on some rough surfaces and also go up slope. It also has auto brakes on slops so it does go fast. Very happy with product

I have been hesitant for years to purchase a wheelchair. When I finally decided it was time to 'give in' and use the mobility aids available to me I chose the paiseec Q5 with an extra battery. I have used it for shopping large stores, so far- something that would have taken me days to recover from, and I regret waiting so long. We are taking a family trip soon and I am looking forward to having it with us so I can get out and do more. It is light weight, easy to manage and has a great turn radius. If I could change anything it would be to turn off the back up beeping. It is such a life changing devise and I am glad I went for it.
Customer service has been great, the second battery has been on back order, but they have been in contact with me multiple times and when the chair was delivered it got here fast, a day early actually.

It is just what I needed for my husband to make him mobile again instead of house bound. I found that it is easy to use and I could even pick it up and put it in the car. The Q5 wheelchair is very light, so I am able to lift it into my small SUV. Getting thru all the directions i the manual was a bit perplexing since the manual's writer needs a bit more practice in English. For instance, what is a "wheelchair car"? I took it out for a spin yesterday and it handled fine on paved path and grass and even on a wood chip surface at a local playground. But it could not back up on that surface. Turning radius is super tight. I am looking forward to a flight to see family and putting it in cargo. I am ambulatory but need it for distance.

This was a carefully planned purchase... very pleased! I am a disabled senior living in a high rise apartment downtown and this scooter is perfect for all my travels in the area...shopping, bank, restaurants, etc. The purchase process was simple and shipment was quick. Setup, by myself, was even easier.
