This wheelchair has allowed our family member to have autonomy safely as the wheelchair has different speed settings that allow for us to set. It has great turn, is comfortable and easily portable. The wheelchair came quickly once ordered. I would recommend this wheelchair to anyone.

My overall experience with The Paiseec Mobility scooter has been excellent. I’ve had it for a little over a week now, and I’m planning to use it for traveling. I’ve tried it out for local errands, and it’s quite easy to transport. The controls are intuitive, and it’s pretty straightforward to use.

Bought this for my teen daughter that has some mobility issues. She loves the color and we both love how easy it is to fold up and store out of the way. It is a little heavier than I was expecting but still very manageable to get in and out of the back of my SUV. I do wish it came with a travel bag that fit the seat nicely. That would make it travel much easier on a plane or even in the car. We haven't tried it out for a long yet, but will be soon and can't wait to see how it does. We did buy an extra battery for those really long days.

I love the sleek look of my scooter. It steers easily and gives a smooth ride. I appreciate the headlights and the great horn.

I was pleased to have the extra envelope bag that slips over the back seat. Even though I have a basket I find it helpful.

I didn't realize how many different power wheelchairs are available. I did a lot of researching online. I read a lot of reviews and After researching the reading the reviews of different brands I decided to buy the Paiseec Power Chair for my wife. After a fall she broke her pelvis and wrist. She needed something to help her get around the house. Medicare supplied her with a large manual wheelchair. It helped but with a broken wrist I had to help her move from one room to another. The Paiseec chair really makes a difference. The control is simple to operate with one hand, it's super quite and she mentioned several times how comfortable it is. She likes the way the arms lift out of the way when she gets in and out.I didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on one as I am hoping she won't have to use it permanently. I purchase the Q3 Lightweight Folding model which is airline and cruise line approved. Now we both feel confident we can take a well needed vacation.

I ordered the W1 wheelchair and an extra battery. I’ve had scooters for the past 15 years, but they are harder to get around in tight places. Like stores on vacation. Elevators , you either try to back in or back out . I found it difficult especially when people are standing there making sounds because it’s taking too long. It arrived very quickly. The joystick is easy but takes a bit to get used to it . But I can get around my house which I could never do in my scooter.

Bought two Paiseec scooters to replace mobility scooter that were getting too heavy to lift. My husband and I love our new scooters! Easy to pick up and the batteries are so light in weight. We use them for our trips to Disney. Just completed a 5 night stay there and the scooters performed like a dream!! Batteries lasted all day! So happy with our purchase

I just got the Q5 and decided to jump in the deep end and take it camping without putting it through its paces. It was great. More than capable of zipping up sloped terrain covered in debris/leaf litter around the campsite. Whenever it was extra rough or uneven, I would just kick it into high gear, but then I'd have to lower the gear again whenever it flattened back out because it had too much get up and go. It was easily lifted and fit into the back of the car, the person helping me remarked how light it was. The battery lasted a good 24 hours of me taking it up and down the slope around the campsite, to the bathroom and back, and some pretty off-road excursions. The only negative (because it folds horizontally instead of vertically) are the the footrests permanently extend out in front of the chair, even when they are folded up out of the way of your feet, so you can't easily swing your legs to the sides and when you stand up those things are on either side of your feet and get in the way a bit. I ended up leaving them off for a good portion of the time to make it a little easier to navigate. I got this to replace a top of the line lightweight foldable from a few years ago and it is 15 lbs. lighter, more powerful, and I feel like the battery lasts longer. I was a little afraid this was going to disappoint and the reviews were fluff, but so far it's really great. I will come back and update if things change.

I purchased the Paiseec L5 foldable mobility scooter to take on an upcoming cruise. I choose this model for its advertised lightest weight, compared to other brands. I am ultimately disappointed, as being disabled, I still have problems lifting the folded unit into the rear of my SUV by myself. I only wish that the product videos are produced showing elderly, or disabled people demonstrating the loading and unloading procedures, instead of seemingly healthy younger folks. Also, I had ordered the extra battery option, but was not informed until after unit was shipped that the extra battery was on back order. I hope it arrives before my cruise! As for the comfort, I wish the backrest was a bit taller, or maybe a bit adjustable. Long term sitting can get a bit uncomfortable. Another note, upon doing some research on how to attach a walker to the back of the seat, as I do need one when I exit the scooter, I found that there are attachment devices available, but they require a 1 inch under seat tube accessory receiver to hook into, which many other brands do have built in. I wish the L5 had this.
In all though, I am very pleased with the build quality of the unit, and the customer service response to questions. I do recommend this unit.

Very good response to all my questions

Customer service was fast answering any questions I had before my purchase. I purchased a D3 refurbised to use as an extra spare scooter.Its lighter than my others. I wanted something I could handle. I'm I'm a 75yo male 6' 275#. 2 thingsI wish it had a little bit more leg room and ability to charge batteries on board. I tried out in my driveway and as far as I'm concerned Its a 5 star. It came packaged well I couldn't tell if it was ever taken out of the box before.

I love my new scooter. The accessibility, the ease of putting it in and taking it out of my car makes life so much easier for me. This was definitely a great choice.
