When my original order would not be arriving by a certain date the sales person informed me that they could ship a different color mobility scooter in stock and would be able to ship it right away. She changed everything on the order and had it shipped within 24 hrs. There customer service is AAAAAA+.

The Customer Service Representative, Daisy, had helped me with my order (s). She was very understanding, patient and professional at all times. This is the first time that I was purchasing a mobility scooter, therefore, I was indecisive; but she kept in contact with me throughout this process which I greatly appreciate.

Wheelchair broke within 1 month of using it
And Paiseec promised they would replace the broken part immediately and send it to me in the location where I was (I was traveling), but they didn't and made me pay for shipping for the part. I wanted to have a full refund on the chair. It shorted out for no reason and stopped propelling forward, at one point leaving me stranded in a parking lot, so thank goodness my spouse came back from the store to help me. Their customer service promised me something they didn't deliver. I understand products can be faulty, but this is ridiculous and for the cost of the wheelchair, they should have better warranty and customer support.

The seller’s communication was truly above and beyond. After I placed my order, they made sure to accommodate all of my needs and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Before purchasing the Paiseec S3, one of my biggest concerns was whether it would have enough power for someone my size. I weigh 308 lbs, and I was genuinely blown away by its power, acceleration, and overall performance. I recently took it to the San Diego Zoo, where it had absolutely no problem taking me uphill at around 6 mph. The scooter actually attracted quite a bit of attention—I had more than a dozen people stop me throughout the day to ask questions about it!

One of my favorite features is the swappable battery. Having the option to carry a spare gives me tremendous peace of mind, especially when I’m planning to be away from home all day. That being said, the battery life exceeded my expectations. A single battery lasted approximately 12 hours during our day at the zoo and still had enough charge left for about another two hours of use at the mall the following day.

The larger wheels are another major advantage. They handle uneven surfaces very well and make mild off-roading surprisingly easy. At the same time, the scooter is incredibly compact for what it can do. It folds down easily and should fit in practically any car trunk I can think of, which makes transporting it extremely convenient.

If I had to point out one area I would improve, it would be the floorboard. I wish the foot area were a little flatter and didn’t have the bulky wheel fenders taking up some of the space. However, this hasn’t caused me any real problems. I found that resting my feet partially on top of the fenders works comfortably for me.

Most importantly, this scooter has made a meaningful difference in my life. I have Multiple Sclerosis, and after about 20 minutes of walking, my mobility becomes extremely limited. Because of that, going to places like the zoo, malls, and other large attractions can be very difficult or simply not realistic for me.

The Paiseec S3 has given me another opportunity to get out, explore, and enjoy places that I otherwise wouldn’t be able to experience. That means far more to me than simply having a good scooter, and I’m genuinely thankful to the company for creating a product that has given me some of that freedom back.

Between the excellent customer service, impressive power, long battery life, swappable battery, larger wheels, compact folding design, and overall performance, I have been extremely impressed with the Paiseec S3. I would absolutely recommend both this scooter and the company to anyone dealing with mobility limitations who is looking for a capable, portable, and dependable mobility scooter.

Great wheelchair! It’s a little loud when driving but I appreciate the breaks. As someone who lives in a walkable city it is nice to have the anti tip wheels and smaller profile.

My first mobility cart. Paiseec S3, I selected it because of its sleak design, weight, pneumatic tires, battery charge & ease of folding. I like the smooth ride. My only suggestion is to make the seat adjustable.

Cart came in a timely manner was packed so nothing moved or could get scratched. Great item, easy to fold down and lift in to the trunk of my Camry. Should have gotten one years ago, now we can go places and do things without me having to sit.

Each and every contact or inquiry that I made with Paiseec they were extremely helpful. If they didn’t have the answer they told me so and then got back to me right away with the answer or options. That is rare these days.

I liked the easy ordering online. Loved the red color.
I unfortunately don't like my mobility scooter purchase, The seat is to short from the back to front so I feel uncomfortable using it cause there's no support, The scooter doesn't come to a full stop when you release the handle, almost hit a child who ran across in front of me.
The speed is awesome. The umbrella attachment and bottle holder are useless.
Cover for scooter is ok, made with cheap materials. The weight of the scooter makes it impossible for me to load and unload on my own. Delivery service was by FedEx and they rolled the box like it was a toy. Reached out to Customer Service about warranty, they answered.

Good price,high quality product, I am 275lbs and was worried about battery life and incline climbing, neither of these were an issue, climbs well and haven't yet had to switch to second available battery during normal daily use. I have had a variety of mobility scooters over the years piaseec is definitely the best.
