We love our purchase
We love our purchase. The only issue was there were a few too many fair lights and some were not secure so we had to reattach and there should be something included to help you set the item off the wall a bit, otherwise, the fairy lights don't work the way they should.

Personalized Lacrosse Player Name Sign
Ordered the Custom Lacrosse Sticks Monogram w/Player Name Sign for my grandson's 11th birthday. It turned out amazing and my grandson was over-the-moon when he saw it. Beautiful workmanship and the detail was spot-on. While waiting for delivery, I emailed the company about a certain detail and they responded to my question immediately - which I appreciated. I would definitely purchase from this company again. Just be aware of the turn-a-round time when ordering.

Exactly what I wanted
Once the contact and I established what I wanted on the sign, ordering was easy. The sign exceeded my expectations! Very solid, easily readable. I had ordered a different sign from another vendor previously. This one simply blows the other one out of the water!

Great product needs better shipping options
The product is great and what I expected. Wife dropped a tear when I presented it. The star removed is from using USPS and their poor tracking and timelines. Takes nearly 3 weeks and got 2 updates and multiple delivery dates with their “tracking” making me question my purchase choice.
