The Good,The Bad and the ugly.
The Good: the design and the communication with where my sign was in production and shipping. The Bad : poorly packaged for shipping. The damage that was done has left a corner completely folded over and left the upper mounting hole structurally compromised. There is a gouge left on the front letter.

Excellent personalized steel cut wall decor
I was very pleased with my steel cut-out wall decor. Item was of drummer playing drums, steel cut with black powder coating. I like that it was personalized to reflect the name of the person to whom I was gifting it.
Order was received in the time frame as promised. Very pleased overall. Will order again from this company.

Awesome product!
Great product! My design came out amazing! After a few emails with a customer service rep we were able to get a proof of what I was looking for. The only reason why I gave it a four star, unexpected name on PayPal when making payment brought me concern that the company was not legitimate. However, the product is amazing.
