I've ordered from this company 6 times no problem only once was an order go missing and that was down to evri not the seller and the company refunded me straight away would definitely use them again

Very poor delivery took a week to receive my delivery, not happy at all!

Ordering simple, despatch very fast, delivery charges cheap. Have used them before and will again.

wrong item sent out, rude customer services very unhelpful

Firstly they sent the wrong item . I then had to message several times before I got a return voucher for evri. After sending it and hearing nothing, they now say they haven't received it and j can't find my evri receipt. £20 down the drain. Not happy.

Ordered 2 boxes of reese fast break. Only 1 sent. Seems to be a known habit from this seller!. Never again.

I can't give it a review as its not arrived yet!!! it says 2-3 working days, i ordered this on the 9th of July its now the 22nd and not arrived yet.
Evri have said they had it since the 10th and its still processing?

the product i ordered was not available but on app it was showing in stock. no one contacted me at all. when i sent an email regarding my order then they issue refund without any explanation or anything

Totally useless, never received 24 glass bottles of coke, no tracking information provided or when l ask twice, no communication unless l messaged them about no delivery, 12 days later 3 emails, still no delivery, I then asked for refund and they took 3 days to sort that, complete 🤡

From Amazon I Ordered 100 grm BOX of Maltesers, cost £8.80 was sent a bar of Maltesers Teasers with £1.69 on label!!
The only thing that was correct in their Amazon advert was the weight. I am having no success with them recognising their ‘mistake’ or a refund. They are taking advantage of elderly people like me who get confused about weights.
AVOID! They now have the fictitious box on at £9!!

Cancelled my order, no explanation.

Had Evri notification.

Very disappointed. I ordered 6 packs of granola. Never heard anything about the delivery. The next thing was notification that I was getting a refund. Why? Was it out of stock? It would have been nice if they had given reason.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but . . . I ordered one week ago, got an email from Evie saying 'we're expecting it', then nothing. I contacted customer services and was told the item was refunded, no explanation. Is this company legit? Are you using customer's money for other purposes?

Ordered VOSS water in glass but they send it in plastic. I have checked web site and they have wrong picture under on description they say nothing ether it plastic or glass but on pictures glass bottles . Very tricky! Will NOT order again for sure , dishonesty 100% , I could buy plastic bottles twice cheaper on market

You took my order and money, sent me a cinfirmation of delivery by Evri and then subsequently decided to cancel my order without telling me. Pointless waste of my time staying in for a delivery for two days...

My money was taken for the goods I ordered. Then I got an email to say its cancelled as they didn’t have the goods in stock. Then another notification to say they have processed a refund. At the point of adding the items to basket and checking out, you would think it would have been identified.

I am still awaiting product so cannot give a review
