I haven't received my item, I haven't received confirmation of shipping, I haven't received responses to my emails and the phone line says the line is not available. Utter shambles.

Quick delivery and well boxed Gourmet cat food in individual box of flavours that both my cats love . The chicken and beef are their favourites and to get them without a mixed box was superb. Thank you and will certainly buy again.

This time around I didn’t receive all of my order. But, they responded and sorted out my refund, promptly.
Lost a star because my order was not completed

Unfortunately I can not give a zero.Worse company ever.Sent damaged package twice now will not answer any communication.Absolute RIP OFF.

Ordered item never arrived and they gave a full refund without any reason why they had not fulfilled the order. Strange !!!

The delivery was intact and secure

I ordered from this website on 16 of May 2025. I have been waiting for the order to ship and arrive, but the order has not progressed yet till today which is May 22, 2025. I took time out to call the customer care and was told that they did not have items in stock and that they would cancel my order and process a refund. If they have no stock, why did they let me place the order in the first place and held on to my money till I called-in to find out about my order? Perhaps it they have 100 customers placing orders worth 10k pounds and they wait 5 days to cancel the order as the item is out of stock, they have 10k sitting in their bank earning interest?? I would have welcomed if they had informed me the next day that they had to cancel the order due to no stock.

the item was as described value for money and arrived earliar than i thought it would.

If I could give zero star I would. Bought an Easter egg that came totally in pieces and with a part of the package that was missing. An important bit of the package because it tells what type of surprise might be inside – Star Wars for boys and Disney Princess for girls. Without that part, it is impossible to know what was sent. ( I specifically asked for a Star
Wars). Had to buy another egg somewhere else not to disappoint my son. Wanted to return the egg at seller expenses, I was offered a refund of 5 pounds 3 weeks after I reported the problem. Don't bother
