Royal Mail from day one they been crap, that’s like 20 years back. now with new technology still they can’t even get a good app service running. I had a parcel going to delivered and I would not be home so I saw online they can leave package in safe place option so I registered and says downloaded the stupid app. No were I see the option for safe place just says Set Delivery Preferences and goes round in circles rubbish waste of time if I had choice wouldn’t give a star!

Very bad my mail and parcels are being delivered to the same wrong address where retrieving them isn't possible and when I complain to Royal mail customer service I get a generic response that had nothing to do with my complaint and zero answers.

Within the last 2 months I have lost almost £200 worth of items because their redelivery system through their app has failed. I would describe myself as cross and Royal Mail as shit.

WXNKERS!!! Had 3 parcels go missing one after the other and had no mail for 2 weeks not a post man in sight 😢 royal mail have to be the worst delivery company in the universe absolute dog shxt. Here's an idea royal mail how about employ more workers out of the millions sitting wanting a job it's not hard is it ? Knob-eds.

Ordered item begining of week, supposed to be delivered in Swindon Thursday but it went to Newbury delivery office by mistake, it has been redirected to Swindon this morning but still not delivered but hopefully it will be tomorrow 2 days late

Delivered to wrong property, can see in the picture but don't know what property! These guys are next to useless!! Always a problem with the service! AVOID!

Unreliable delivery, no noticeable difference between 1st and 2nd class delivery as they are both poor. As deliveries never arrive anywhere near the time slot (or sometimes not even on the day), I have to wait around with minimal communication nor transparency.

Held my parcel for two weeks at the wrong depot, no contact from them. Had to waste an hour on hold to find out they now consider it lost and I have to contact the sender to get a refund for Royal Mails incompetence.

Royal Mail is the absolute worst and this is not the first time it has happened.Today, tracking claimed they tried to deliver a parcel at 17:32 but that "no one answered". This is a complete lie. The delivery address is a busy coffee shop and bar that is open every single day from 9:00 AM until late at night. The doors were wide open, staff were working, and customers were inside.The postie clearly didn't even bother to pull up or look at the building, let alone try to knock. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with these constant fake delivery attempts. Shocking service, yet again.

How sad it is to see Royal Mail/Parcelforce go down the drain.
I use their postal services very regularly and in general they are ok, but I have tried to use their collection service twice now and been let down both times.
First time, it took them four attempts to pick up my parcels. But, you have to pay the 30p per item every time you re-book the pick up! I complained and got the 30p's refunded. WOW!
I thought I would try a second time. WRONG. Three times failed and was only saved by the very kind postie, who offered to take them when delivering other parcels to me.
This time it has been impossible to find the complaint route I used first time around.
I just won't bother any more and will use other providers.
I feel for their employees, as most seem to work hard, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if the whole institution folds/fails.

Try doing what you say NO DELIVERY CAN'T CONTACT ANY HUMAN SELECTED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS THAT ARE NOT RELEVANT TO FAILED DELIVERIES COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY INCOMPETENT IS NOT A SERVICE ANY MORE EVEN WITH THEIR NOTIFICATION AND DELIVERY TIME SLOT REEKS OF BULL DISGUSTING NOT WORTHY OF 1 STAR RATING AND WHY, ROYAL MAIL SOLD TO A CZECH VERSION OF MIKE ASHLEY ANOTHER PARASITIC CREATURE HOW IS THAT ROYAL????

WARNING! If you live in Worcester UK, do not use Royal Mail parcel delivery. This service has been discontinued. That's what appears to have happened. There has been no parcel delivery service in the WR1 3NY area for 14 days.
The excuse being short staffing problems.
Of course, Royal Mail continues to charge for this non existent service. Avoid at all cost.

In the Royal Mail app, I have repeatedly stated that I want my parcels to be left in the safe place between my car and the garage. However, they never seem to follow these instructions.

Even when I order inexpensive items, such as a supplement that was supposed to be delivered yesterday, they still do not leave the parcel in my designated safe place.

I cannot believe how poor Royal Mail’s service has become. What is the point of allowing customers to select a safe place in the app if the delivery instructions are repeatedly ignored?

Royal Fail strike again. Trying to arrange a change of delivery to my local post office and your website site isn't working yet again. Call them and told a wait time of 47 minutes. How are you still in business?

Idiots have delivered my parcel to the wrong address and the bint whose house he was at took the parcel knowing full well it wasn't her address. I will be phoning in the morning and you better get it back. Absolutely fuming.

Im so over Royal mail as soon as I see that something is shipped by RM I dont buy it. I have been waiting for an amazon parcel and they are using RM! Delivery time changed 3 times and still no parcel seriously useless

I had a delivery window of 11:30-14:30, so ensured I stayed in during this time. Only after this had passed did I get another email saying it would now be between 14:30 and 19:30. And it was towards the end of this window, so not sure why they couldn't have let me know much sooner.

1hr and a half spent on the phone just to get hung up... how useless of a customer service do they have

I ordered an item on eBay which the seller despatched on 24th August, using second class letter postage. It is now 8th September and it still has not arrived. Also, I recently received money-off vouchers from high street retailers which had expiry dates of three weeks before I received them, so they were useless. Appalling service.
