Over the last few weeks Amazon have used royal mail for parcels delivery they have either lost the parcel damaged the parcel dropped the parcel and smashed it and delivered my parcel tho the correct street wrong house number when I've tried to track my parcels there customer service said they tried to deliver it but nobody was home I've got security camera with verisure and I do not go out as I'm disabled the bottles that they tried to give me were a day late and broken cider everywhere they asked me if I wanted them I've still not been compensated and after 3 weeks Amazon have said the money would be in my account in 5/7 days this is the second time I've been told that I've sent a message to Hawkstone and royal mail Amazon should look into the use of royal mail and I don't want that pain in these people's Isaiah according to proposals developers would build warehouses and I don't want that pain in these people's Isaiah according to proposals developers would build warehouses which

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & MONEY TELEPHONING ROYAL MAIL AS THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. If it was possible not to use this useless company they would soon thankfully disappear.

Don’t bother using Royal Mail! Honestly this useless service should be shut down. Agency worker stole the parcels!! Honestly PLEASE DON’T USE THEM AND ASK COMPANIES TO USE ALTERNATIVE POSTAL METHODS.

I haven't received my parcel, even though the driver said he delivered it.
He has delivered it at the wrong address and took a photo. I am very disappointed in Royal Mail, I've been to all my neighbours and nobody has seen it. It is even more confusing that it said delivered even though I was at home when the email confirmed the delivery.
We are not even sure if it was delivered to the right street?

Wow even Royal Mail become a bunch of useless people had the parcel to be delivered to my local post office because i will not be at home and i get message refused to accept item will be returned to sender ,what the heck? If you dont wanna award your delivery options dont make them available ! Shame i cannot upload photos to show how you confirmed delivery will be dropped at my local post office and how you are bunch of clowns

Paid for '1st class signed for letter'. Very little info on the 'tracking app' - not even sure that my letter has been delivered, 5 days after posting. Can't get a screenshot of the signature from the tracking app. Not sure if there's any point in paying for this service

What is it coming to when evri are far superior to royal mail.... Yet again a parcel I paid for 24 hour delivery on has worked on the tracker all day and then low and behold "it can't find the information I'm looking for" meaning they aren't delivering in 24 hours they will push it onto 48 hours... Absolute joke.... NHS letters and important letters arrive after the appointment... You need to step up your game even dpd are poor but better than you.

Yet again the tracking for a package has been changed when it was due in a few minutes.
9.50 to 11.50 this morning has now disappeared to tell me it is still in the Southampton MC where it has been since 14:38 yesterday.
The Royal Mail is an embarrassment, can't deliver in the 48hr it says, packages left in open communal areas, can't be bothered to knock doors when they do bring it the door.
For some reason they want to be deemed worse than Evri, well keep going RM you are getting there!

Time to put this old dog to sleep. It truly would be the kindest thing. I've been waiting on a package from USA that royal mail has had in its system for over a week. It cleared customs and has now literally been sitting in a Delivery Office 6 miles from my address since early Saturday morning with no change to the tracking info. This is Tuesday. I tried calling them to say I'll go pick it up myself but you can't talk to anyone all you do is press buttons and jump through hoops. Utter cobblers.

My Boots order arrived at their North West Super Hub on 13th August, never to be heard of or seen again. Boots have just confirmed that my order has been lost. Not such a “super hub” after all and sadly not a great example for Royal Mail. Why do companies insist on using such an unreliable delivery service?

Please can we replace 'Royal' with 'Rubbish' so that at least we know when we know we are using Rubbish Mail, we at least get the heads up from the brand name.

I was sad I had to give one star on this review.

My package was due to be delivered Thur 20th Aug, a slot of 12:30 to 4:50pm. So I went home at around 1 o'clock, losing working time, concerned that I'd missed my delivery. I stayed there through to 4:50; 4:50 came and went, right through til 10pm, still no package. My wife and I decided we'd go to bed.

I look at my emails this morning. I get a message from Royal Mail saying, 'We tried to deliver but no one was in'. They 'tried to deliver' at 9:56pm and clearly they didn't, no delivery card, no knock - they just couldn't make their delivery round. Now I'm in a situation where I can't book a redelivery until Monday 24th Aug, which I can't because I'm on holiday and I have no other options. This was the point of the delivery this week 'pre-holiday'.

I can only hope now they may try and redeliver today – they should – and that my 4+ wasted work hours and mental torment can finally be put to bed, otherwise its more misery from this deceitful, doom-bringing operation in trying to work out how and if I can get a parcel whilst I'm on holiday...

Long story short, tried to deliver twice to wrong address phoned to tell them, two days later tried to deliver to wrong address again. Supposed to be delivered today, not holding my breath.
UPDATE: Not delivered again. Contacted again (customer service very convincing),and promised delivery today 26/8/2025. Checked website item at Birmingham and not out for delivery. Good job I hadn't took time off work.

UPDATE ON MY UPDATE: finally gave in, I've just come back after a 30 mile round journey to parcel force. The parcel was there so it wasn't on the van like they said it was going to be, surprise, surprise.

There’s nothing Royal about it! Parcel #VU437590757GB vanished into thin air. 48 hr tracking invisible! It’s been since Saturday since parcel was dropped at locker. It’s now Friday and nothing in the system. Called Royal mail and I got hung up on when I was merely asking is there a problem nationwide? Very rude customer support. Well if they record their calls maybe they should take into account their employees rudeness.

Yet again, says my parcel has been delivered today and no sign of it. Employ post people that can read. I have cctv and post never got delivered to me so got to try my neighbours now. I have been in all morning. This is the 3rd or 4th time now and getting fed up with it. I shouldn't have to go hunting for my parcels. Would of given no stars but wouldn't allow me to.

Awful, I was due a tracked delivery, obviously didn't arrive. I have had to phone them on two occasions so far (20+ mins wait each time). Was told they will issue a complaint, this does not help me, which I told them, they then of accused my of being aggressive with this statement, absolutely pathetic. If I had a choice I would never use them.

2 occassions now I have been expecting deliveries and have been home, I have a ring doorbell and a door knocker and 3 dogs that bark at the slightest noise, it is not until I notice the card in the door informing me of a missed delivery. Bloody useles company any other courier will give a 1-2 hour window or leave the item.

I ordered the collection of an important legal document that I had been asked to sign in the presence of a witness. I am temporarily housebound and was keen to return the document to the solicitor in a distant town as soon as I could. I have used the Royal Mail collection service before, but after two failures and two apologetic emails on consecutive days for the same item, I'm done.
In future I shall use one of the other courier services that handle mail and suggest the current owner of Royal Mail should be obliged to answer the complaints set out in so many one-star reviews

How has this company retained it's Royal warrant??
So bad, they refuse to leave my parcel in my designated safe place, they're the only 'courier' company to do so. My regular post lady does but she's left because they're a awful company to work for. I can only think whoever is delivering cannot understand English.

Unbelievably poor service.

Attempted delivery x2, so I thought I'd use the red card to arrange a suitable time.

The number doesn't work. The instructions don't work on the redelivery service.

So I thought I'd try to collect from the sorting office and guess what, it's open 2 hours per day, when everyone is at work haha.

So I'm now on hold, and time stands still, life preserving even....been at 18 minutes for 6 minutes.

They would like to thank me for being kind in advance, knowing that frustrated people who find themselves wrapped up in this mess are running out of patience.

You don't even acknowledge people on here. Which again is poor.

This is the worst trust pilot score I've ever seen.

Get a grip.
