Found them online after trying to find a safe service for my sons first phone, I am highly impressed so far - using the website was a bit confusing at first but I got used to it, also their customer service is excellent, Cody was able to help me straight away set up WhatsApp on the phone by unblocking international calls for a few minutes, I would have had no idea otherwise!
I'm going to be recommending this on my parents group and my sons class WhatsApp group!

Customer support is second to none! When I raise queries, responses have always been extremely quick and very helpful and from the business owners themselves. So impressed. I have a parentshield SIM for my son's phone and would highly recommend.

I have been with ParentShield since getting our son his first smartphone when he started secondary school. I can't recommend them enough, their customer service is unbelievable. Instant answers through the chat, by a human not a robot. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly help. When cancelling my contract ( because children do outgrow the service eventually !) I remarked on how easy, fast ( by fast I mean instant! ) and helpful the process was. We just had nearly 4 years of peace of mind, knowing our child had a safe way of staying in touch with us and his friends. To my knowledge there is no other contract like this in the UK and it's invaluable. Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing customer service. I was facing a few issues with my sons new e-sim so i sent an email and expected a reply within a few days... It was a few minutes, Graham has gone above and beyond to help me with this issue even at unsociable hours during the christmas/new year period. Brilliant company!

I cannot recommend this company enough! As a parent to a neurodiverse child it was a big step when he got a mobile phone but this company guided me through how to keep him safe, it was a massive reassurance. They are always at the end of the phone and are very responsive whenever guidance or additional services required.
I have chosen this network again for my second child as they have just got their first mobile.

ParentShield is a fantastic service which has allowed me to introduce my children to using their mobile phones responsibly. It’s easy to use and has amazing customer service. They respond to emails within minutes, give clear advice on what would work best in the particular circumstances and are quick at making changes to plans if needed.

Excellent service, even on Boxing Day. Answered straight away, nothing was too much trouble and sorted out the issue (which was to do with our area) easily and with easy instructions. Very knowledgeable and pleasant at helping. As well as the product they offer being very good the service that goes with it gives you full peace of mind, highly recommend.

Would give less stars if possible . Absolute rubbish been trying to work these two sims for ages girls are now using cloud instead waste of £80 as you have to give a month's notice .

Parent Shield is a fantastic company keeping kids safe with their phones. Whenever I call them they answer straight away, know my name and fix any issues quickly. It's a great service!

I can't recommend ParentShield highly enough. As a person who was very reluctant and cautious about first phones for my children - but felt they needed them due to school transport, I have been very reassured by the controls and functionality their tariffs have given me. Being able to read messages and listen to calls if I wanted to (I rarely did - but knowing I could was useful) and being able to block or allow all other apps and control who can contact them etc has been great and it has allowed my child to build trust slowly as I relaxed controls. It is more flexible and can be locked down tighter than any other 'child tariff' on other networks I've found. Combined with Family Link on android phones it really has been a safe way to introduce my child to having a phone.

I can tell everything is well thought through as to what protections are in place for your child, with plenty of options for you as a guardian to tweak. Their communication is clear and concise, I even contact them on a Sunday evening with a query and it was solved in a couple of minutes, without having to grapple with a clueless bot. I definitely recommend ParentShild.

Always very responsive, helpful and sensible. The online chat (with a real human being) is extremely useful from time to time. The app is handy, the service is great value for money. Can't fault it really. The safety features are ideal. Can't recommend highly enough.
