Always very responsive, helpful and sensible. The online chat (with a real human being) is extremely useful from time to time. The app is handy, the service is great value for money. Can't fault it really. The safety features are ideal. Can't recommend highly enough.

We signed up with ParentShield for our daughter’s first phone. It has been 1.5 years and we are very happy with all its capabilities. It gives us, as parents, the peace of mind that we have the options to set time limits, block unwanted contacts and monitor usage. Set up is straight forward and the team are always a chat or phone call available to assist. It is not only a great option for a child’s first phone but an option to move into for parents who are looking for more controls on their child’s existing phone, especially for a younger child or pre teen.

I have used this company for a couple of years now for my daughter’s first mobile phone. I have been 100% satisfied with the product and service. It works exactly as advertised and has allowed me peace of mind.

The customer service is absolutely fantastic. They are quickly able to answer your questions and sort out any issues/ glitches. They have saved me hours of time and head scratching. There are a number of reasons why the team at Parentshield are highly recommended. Firstly sim was ordered and sent out within a working day. Secondly the customer service is second to none. Chats are responded to almost immediately and everyone I have spoken to has been knowledgeable and eager to answer any questions I may have posed to them. For example I omitted to add my wife to the account. I contacted them via chat at 8pm in the evening. An agent responded straight away and the issues was resolved within minutes!

Also the service is excellent and has given me the peace of mind I needed to allow my son to use a phone with the level of security I want for voice and data. (Combined with Google family link on an android phone and Life360 for tracking).

Finally the dashboard gives me all the tools I need to manage the service and tweak any requirements I have around incoming and outgoing texts and calls on the fly. Alerts give me the instant notifications as well for any activity on the sim. All in all highly recommended and for the security it gives you worth the cost.

We were really anxious about the first time our daughter got a mobile phone. Parent shield took the worry away from us. We were able to monitor calls and text and discuss any problems that arose before it got out of hand. We will be using it again when our youngest gets a phone.

What I liked about ParentShield is both the simplicity of getting set up and the app itself with the peace of mind you get. This is a very comprehensive and personalised service which really helps tailor it to your needs. The word and call filter plus message playback provides extra peace of mind. Everything is covered and you feel in full control. I'd recommend it particularly for parents of younger phone users as it will highlight any words or red flags and you receive a text in real time notifying you of any red flags / alerts. You feel in total control, which, as a parent, is a great help, and is what good customer service is all about.

Can see when my child gets calls and texts from my phone, feels safe for him. Upgraded sim and team were so helpful helping me change over, even outside office hours!

Can’t recommend highly enough… puts children and parents in shared control and offers the securities needed for children. As parent of 8 year old with only a brick phone, daughter is learning to use phone as a communication tool safely prior to embarking on a journey that will lead to being online and in digital age of smart phones.

We have used Parentsheild now for over a year - honestly there is no service quite like it. We have been able to keep our daughter safe on her phone as only approved numbers can call or text her - it alerts you when someone tries and the amount it has filtered has been insane.

Whenever we need help the online chat service is so helpful. Today Paul put on additional data as my daughter ran out and I couldn't track her location, it was done instantly. The service really is customer focused and not like the big phone companies just chasing money.

Graham has always been informative and patient with my many questions and ensured our daughter has the best deal for her needs. Now she is in high-school her plan has changed.

I’ve just closed my ParentShield account after 4 years, and I wanted to share how good the service has been from start to finish.
It has always been so easy to speak with a real person who could explain everything clearly, their knowledge and patience is commendable, and this level of care has been consistent throughout my time with them.
Now that my child is older and ready to move on to a standard SIM / phone contract, our time has come to cancel, but I genuinely can’t recommend ParentShield highly enough. They combine thoughtful safety features with customer service that shows they truly care about what they do. It’s rare to find a company that leaves you with such a positive impression even at the end of the journey.
