parsonsnose.co.uk Reviews

I had never ordered from a butcher and a friend bought me a £50 voucher for my 40th. We bought a burger making kit a beef rib stew and a cottage pie. We had quality meals for three nights and we also bought some tasty pancetta and aioli for another time. It was an easy process and the food came the very next day delivered by a very friendly British bloke. THE VAN HAD A SOLID GOLD CHICKEN ON THE TOP.

Great variety and quality. Marinated chicken legs have become a freezer staple. Excellent delivery service that can be relied upon.

Simple review. The veal I ordered was very good quality, well prepped (with decent French trimming) but sadly not chined bones. I did message to request but it was obviously missed. Otherwise, first class.

Very simple to find what I wanted and to order

The quality of the meat and the service of the staff.

The most unbelievable chateaubriand! Better than restaurant quality and eaten at home. It was stunning we will always buy from PN!

Quality of all the meat is consistently exceptional and great in store service.

Great produce great service

The meat and the prepared meals are all top quality! And the staff is always very nice and helpful. Very lucky to have Parsons Nose in our neighbourhood, it's become our go to place when we want to treat ourselves or we have guests over.

the kindness and understanding of the stuff make me feeling good every time I am entering the shop

This is a first class company.

Their products are really very good, well presented and top quality. The delivery time from online ordering is superb.

So my delivery did not arrive due to a technical error however here is why I am giving 5 stars - superb customer service regarding this during a very busy build up to Easter. Very quick and clear phone call to me from very understanding member of the team and very quick refund. When things go wrong it can be dealt with in a positive way and this was certainly the case. For context I have been ordering online from Parsons Nose for over 4 years and this is the first time there has been an error. Great people and great quality products.

Great selection and quality. Delivery service in London is also quick and timely.
