Refund request / amazing service from Aurora

I accidentally signed up for more than one service today so requested a refund on the extra software.

Customer service from Aurora was amazing, getting back to me straight away and refund processed within minutes.

The software I bought and kept works really well too.

Does not work at all.

I paid for the 1 month Excel program so I did not risk too much for something other reviews said was worthless.

Boy, were those reviews right. I tried to use this tool to unprotect the sheets in my Excel file. It told me there was a "high probability" of cracking, and suggested the "remove restrictions" option. (It did not allow me to select find password, which is irritating. Why pay for a program if I cannot utilize all the options?)

Needless to say, I used the program as suggested and after just 5 seconds it told me to download the "unprotected" file. The issue is THE FILE IS STILL PROTECTED! I re-ran this process, uninstalled and re-downloaded and even attempted the online tool to no avail.

This program is a SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Amazing customer support and service but so-so software (mac)

Tried to recover the password of my Excel file. After first examining the file, the software said that the probability to crack the file was very high. However, after I purchased it and selected brute force mode, I immediately received the message that the file could not be cracked. Additionally, the software incorporates several dark patterns. For example, when you try to buy the subscription, they silently put an additional item "download package" in your shopping cart. The content of the package is a plugin for Excel that works exclusively on Windows! On the positive side is the customer support: they were very responsive, answered immediately to my emails, and helped me manually crack my file. Thank you for that. All together, it was a very mixed experience.

Excellent Product and Outstanding Customer Service

I recently purchased Passper Pro for Windows 11 and tested the program with Excel—it worked as expected. While I haven’t explored all the features yet, I must commend the exceptional customer service. Miko was incredibly prompt in clarifying all my questions regarding licensing, payment, and product. The resolution of my payment concerns was quick and seamless, allowing me to fully enjoy the program without any issues. Highly recommend for both the product and the attentive support I received from Miko!

CAUTION!

CAUTION: Lifetime Ultimate means 3 burns to USB! I will never purchase anything from you all again! I was NEVER told that I only had three burns! I only burned to USB after the three updates! You made this easy for me to decide on a new Windows Password unlocker! Please do research before buying!

We used the service in 2021 to recover…

We used the service in 2021 to recover an Excel password, which was successful and was able to recover it quickly (the password was only numerical). This year we needed the software again to recover the password for another Excel, which the password seemed to be much more complex, although the software claimed to have a high success rate, after about 25 days of continuous use it was unable to find the password. We spoke to support as this time it did not work for us, and they refunded our payment. I would like to emphasize the good will, and if it should happen again that we need to unlock an Excel, I would not hesitate to try again with this program.

Effective customer service

I bought Passper for zip but this software is not valid for the type of 7z compressed file that I have.

Excellent support, trustworthy company.
I bought a lifetime package of passper Pdf but realised the best value for me would be the version with many types of documents included. I requested a refund on Sunday and Monday morning, Aurora processed it quickly.
