Excellent service
I had subscribed four months ago and completely forgot that I had chosen a monthly subscription I noticed just two weeks ago and contacted them. I got a refund for the last month and got the lifetime subscription given what I had paid. Throughout all of this, Alice was very understanding and explain to me all very clearly. I was very impressed, there are so many places and when you make an error, they just don't care. Very happy with iMyFone.

After having purchased the "passper for word" software, I was unable to crack my password (as a result of my own wrongdoing) and being upset I decided to cancel my 30 day contract. However, Angela from the support team made contact with me and offered to assist. Not only did she return my subscription but managed to crack the password anyway. What a great individual, company and service. You guys Rock!
