Software not as expected, Resolved ethically and positively
I made an initial purchase of Passper for PDF. Upon installation and trying to use the program, I found it to operate effectively but differently from what I had expected and for what my needs were as to what I believed it to be able to do. Customer support, who were very understanding of my situation, engaged respectfully and promptly, hoping, but sadly, did not lead to a resolution.
Further interaction was had over a refund where a full refund was agreed to.
The experience was very positive due to customer support's genuine interest in assisting me. I was left feeling that this company was honest in their support and guided by some solid ethical values of integrity and honesty, which I sincerely appreciated. I can highly recommend them as a real deal.
Thank you so much for such great support Aurora. I shall definitely not forget you guys and shall strongly consider your utility programs going forward.

Great customer service. Did not realize that I had signed up for a yearly renewal. Contacted the support team and Aurora was great to deal with. Explained the situation and they refunded the fee.

Great Profuct and Great Support
Hi,
After being a bit confused on the website I mistakenly purchased Passper for Excel when my intention was to purchase Passper for Word. Alice at iMyfone Support got it all straitened out. I was quickly able to use Passper for Word to remove editing restrictions from a dozen or so Word docs which I had forgotten the passwords. Great product.
