I took out a loan through PatientFi, and despite having a credit score near 800, I was given a high interest rate. I paid the loan off early, but because they require automatic payments, I was still hit with a declined payment fee even though the loan had already been paid in full. A few days later, those automatic payments went through anyway. I called to ask if they could waive the $15 fee, but they refused. That tells me they’re more interested in squeezing extra fees from customers than treating them fairly. If this is how they treat someone with excellent credit who pays early, I worry about how they treat people with lower scores who are struggling.

Justin was very helpful, and solved my problem!. If I was his boss I would give him a million dollars!!!!

Justin is fantastic! He helped walk me through some financial assistance with ease and did so with some of the best enthusiasm I've experienced as a hospitality professional.

I never received my service with ideal Image. Very unprofessional experience. Patient Fi will not refund my account. I have called several times. They are now telling me it can take up to 30-60 days! This whole experience has pretty much been a nightmare!
