Too expensive

Too expensive, and I’m anticipating problems with shipping because USPS will not deliver to our Hayden, ID address.

Disappointing After Sale Service

Sales order 495060. After three calls, I still do not have two simple answers to questions about my order. The last contact said I would receive a call back "sometime today". Very unprofessional. I am quire disappointed because until this, my experience was very positive.

When purchasing

When purchasing, the checkout page said my order would ship in 2-4 weeks. However the confirmation emails says it ships in 3-6 weeks. We chose to order from your site because of when we thought the order would come in. We are trying to furnish our patio for an event at our house. It makes a big difference that it can now come in during the 3-6 week time frame. The furniture may now arrive too late. We could have ordered this same furniture from a different website or purchased everything in several different stores… we are disappointed in your service.

The umbrella said delivery in 2-4 weeks online and all the way through checkout, but confirmation email says shipped in 3-6 weeks. Very very uncool. Will have to cancel

Excellent Communication, Service, and Product

I was replacing patio cushions for Woodard furniture first purchased in 2009. In that time, understandably, there was a change in the product line. (The sofa we have used to be sold with two seat cushions instead of the current configuration of three.) Shayla confirmed with Woodard that the new cushion configuration would still fit my sofa, and she answered all other questions that I had. The sales transaction online was completely smooth and easy. When enough time had passed that I wanted to check on my order's progress, Irla provided the info right away and was very helpful. Last but not least, the cushions that we received are absolute perfection. They were packaged well, arrived safely, and look great!!

Good price, great customer service

Edited: Great customer service, as the company reached-out to address my previous concerns and made very reasonable adjustments. Nice work, Patio Living! Happy customer.

Good price on a fire pit, but unclear description as it isn't clear whether media (glass/rocks) are included. The 10% discount offer hides the exclusions until you provide personal details (email/phone) and then reveals you cannot use the discount.

OnLine experience was great

OnLine experience was great. We first visited a retailer who had a catalog which we looked through. They were most unhelpful and unwelcoming!
This made our decision to just order the product online ourselves. Thank you.

Great selection of patio furnishings

Great selection of patio furnishings. I found the set I had been looking at locally for a much better price at Patio Living. Shayla provided very helpful chat service including providing me with a quote on the items I had selected. The quote helped me save 10% which was very much appreciated. We are looking forward to our new furniture.
