Ship Time Misleading

When placing order, it said ship time was 2-4 weeks. Confirmation email said 4-7 weeks. Big difference! Bad practice

Great customer service

The sales rep I chatted with provided excellent customer service. Patio Living then promptly followed up with an email response after checking with the manufacturer, as they had committed. A seamless experience.

Anthony Williams was very helpful with providing information about the dining set we were interested in purchasing. We ended up purchasing the set and are hoping the delivery be just as good.

Unbelievable shipping time

We ordered a bathroom vanity through Patioliving. It's a beautiful vanity but it will take at least a month through their shipping choice. Their website says 3-5 business days it ships but that's a complete lie. They didn't even have a label on it to ship until 8 days later and then the shipping company picked it up after another 11 days.
After it was picked up from the shipping company it had been with them for a week already and they said at least another week before they would even call to let me know when to expect it.
Absolutely unacceptable!! I would have gone with a different company if I would have known it would take this long.
If ordering from them just know shipping may take weeks to get what you order!

Your order for the Elegant Lighting Park Avenue Driftwood 36” Vanity was placed on April 11, 2026, with an estimated ship date of 1–4 business days. On April 16, 2026, tracking information was issued through F&L, which was within the lead time provided on your order confirmation.
The shipment was then picked up by the freight carrier from the vendor’s warehouse on April 23, 2026. Once tracking has been generated, our freight partners typically coordinate pickup within 3–5 business days, and your order remained within that standard processing window.
At this time, your vanity is in transit from the vendor’s warehouse in Philadelphia to your delivery location. Because this item is both oversized and fragile, it must be transported using specialized freight handling and delivery services to help ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. While we understand waiting can be frustrating, these additional precautions are necessary to protect the merchandise during transit.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as your order makes its way to you, and we want to assure you that we are continuing to monitor the shipment closely.

Love the Glider

Love the glider, delivered quickly and accurate to what we ordered. Communications with Customer Service were helpful and interactive. Delivery service was professional and very nice.

Great umbrellas, clumsy website

As soon as I clicked the back arrow after looking at a specific umbrella, all the search filters I had entered were lost. I had to enter the filters (size, umbrella lift control) several times to keep seeing filter results. It was a pain. If I hadn’t ordered from you in the past, I would have changed sites.

Perfect fit

I provided my Mallin model number and sent photos, they confirmed the style and size. I ordered and they arrived in 4 weeks (quoted 4 to 6 weeks) The cushions are the exact color and size and fit my chair perfectly.
