On March 26th, 2026, you placed an order for several Kingsley Bate items with an estimated ship timeframe of 3–6 weeks. On April 2nd, 2026, your order received tracking information from Freight and Logistics, which was within the estimated lead time provided at checkout. Your order was successfully delivered on April 6th, 2026.
On May 8th, 2026, we received your message advising that “two tears were found in the sling fabric of one lounger.” Once we received your concern, our claims team promptly reached out to the vendor to review possible warranty options on your behalf, as the report was submitted outside of our standard 10-day concealed damage reporting window outlined in our Shipping Policy and Terms & Conditions. While working through the review, the vendor advised that the sling for the MN70 Marin chaise is unfortunately not offered as an individual replacement component, and that the full Seat/Back Bucket assembly would typically need to be replaced with the sling pre-installed by the factory.
We understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, and our team wanted to do everything possible to help. We are glad our sales team was able to work with you toward a replacement sling solution.

Tried purchasing this cover 2 different…

Tried purchasing this cover 2 different times this weekend and couldn't get it to go through. Same cover I bought less than 2 months ago. Had to get on my computer at work to get it to go through the payment status (which is what held it up over the weekend for some reason). Also the delivery/shipping is 2-5 weeks and that is terrible.

Shayla helped me beautifully

Shayla was articulate, calm, patient, explained things clearly and succinctly and thoughtfully, and, most importantly, she listened to me. It's rare to have such a good service experience like this. I feel heard, I feel confidence in the product and the order process, and I feel accommodated.

Customer service was very good

Customer service was very good. Only hiccup was that I had to call twice for information on fabric availability before I got an answer, but after that things went very well. I have yet to receive the umbrella I ordered. Hopefully I will leave a rave review about that product once it arrives. Thanks.

Disappointed with purchase!

I love the teak shelf. Unfortunately it came completely unassembled and I had no way of putting it together as it would require an electric drill (which I do not own). I’m very disappointed in the fact that nowhere on the website does it state that assembly is required. If I would have seen that stated on website I would never have purchased these specific shelves.

I just ordered a Woodard 36 in table

I just ordered a Woodard 36 in table. In the billing address it says Blue Shield for some reason. This order has nothing to do with Blue Shield and I must have pressed the wrong button. 48 hours to correct. I probably should have cancelled the order and ordered again. Nope. I keep opening my email and nothing. How long does it take to delete "Blue Shield?"

I’m annoyed that I received an offer to get 10% off my purchase, supplied my contact information, and then after I made my purchase was told that the discount did not apply. That’s bad business.
