Paving Stones Direct UK Ltd Reviews

Very efficient, easy to order, delivered on time /day specified.

Excellent service. Good communication. Paving slabs delivered promptly by very helpful and friendly courier. Great product.

We have tried many different companies for our tiles and some refused to delivered to our property and it caused alot of stress. We had the pleasure of Danny helping us order and choose our tiles. He has been so accommodating and supportive in the whole thing. He has kept us up to date with deliveries and helped us with different options and spoke to the drivers regularly. We have had our tiles delivered no issues. Danny is an asset to this team and we have found him so helpful. Amy

Easy ordering process. Delivered very quickly for free with great communication from start to finish.

Easy order process with a choice of delivery days and tracking. Contact on day from delivery driver giving delivery window which was met.

A Great simple easy service. Fantastic quality porcelain slabs & stone wall cladding. Can’t rate this company enough.

I recently ordered a half pack of paving stones and on receipt a number of the stones were split. I immediately contacted Paving Stones Direct who said that it was normal policy that customers should order 10% more to allow for any damages.

On this occasion they said they would re-send replacements for the damaged stones and they arrived promptly a couple off days after the original order.

This was great customer service and as such deserves the 5 star review I have given, well done and keep up the good service *****

Would have given 5 stars, but for the fact that I had to chase them for the promised wall cladding sample. Various excuses were given for its non-arrival, (delivered to an incorrect address/it had got broken). ???? Anyway, I'm glad I persevered, as I liked the product and the subsequent delivery of my order went very smoothly. My builder has said the product is good!

Good price and delivery ahead of estimated time.

I was looking for edging cobbles to complete a paving job in the garden, after quite a lot of unsuccessful searching online I came across this company who had exactly what I was looking for.
Ordering online was very easy and straightforward, delivery was made when stated and best of all was free!
Thanks Paving Stones Direct, fantastic service would definitely recommend and would certainly use again.

Website straight forward
Very good follow up after payment was made
Delivery tracking service very good
Paving slabs arrived on time & date as advised

Ordering was very straightforward and delivery was very prompt and exactly what I was expecting. Slabs look good and very good quality 👍

Great product but the delivery service is terrible! Ordered a patio kit which failed to be delivered twice (never showed up). When it arrived the driver left the pallet on the road even though there was no access issues at all to the property. After investigation, the haulage company claim the standard drop kerb was too high for them to negotiate which Paving Stones Direct agreed with. Be warned that the companies understanding of 'kerbside' delivery is quite literally that and your delivery is likely to be left on the road.

Excellent service and delivered super fast. Thanks
The same product on Amazon had a delivery day for October and it was much more expensive!

Arrived as ordered. I haven’t opened as yet ( will leave another review then if I can), but tiles very well packaged individually, including strapping and corner protectors, and securely loaded on pallet.

The most difficulty I encountered was choosing porcelain from their broad range. It took me several months to settle on a design. Everything else was plain sailing. Great pricing, great product, easy to navigate website and ordering process. Delivery turned up on the day advised and I was able to wait-in and speak to the (palletways) driver. I will be purchasing more porcelain in future for upcoming projects later in the year.

Great service yet again . Lovely delivery driver .

I placed a small order with this company for border stones around a granite patio. I liked the stones so much I decided I'd place them either side of the channel drain, but knowing I'd run short of a few stones. I knew most sellers insist you buy a complete pack on a pallet but I only needed one-tenth of this. Well I emailed them to see if they could help out.A little more than 24 hours later the granite stones arrived, very carefully packed and at a very fair price, rather with the next day delivery a crazily low price. I emailed these guys late on a Sunday evening and they responded Monday 6.30AM and subsequent responses were within minutes of my requests. If you find better overall service, I'll eat my hat.

Straightforward ordering. Great price. Free delivery and deliver on time. The only issue I had was the driver did not bother to knock and dumped the pallet overhanging the drive rendering parking impossible despite plenty of room at the front. I learned of the delivery when I tracked it and discovered a photo of my house complete with pallet.

Easy to order and quick delivery. Had issues with broken paving slabs but quickly resolved with replacement slabs being delivered next day.
