not sure whats worse; courier companies or paycargo
Was forced to use PC to pay for a DHL shipment. Of course you can't opt out or you don't get your shipment!
From what Iv'e read online people seem to think this is great; much easier then paying DHL directly!
Not sure why. I pay for goods and services all the time online without having to pay a 50$ USD service charge to a middleman to basically provide no tangible value whatsoever.
After getting ripped off I swore I would never deal with this company again until today! I was lucky enough to see their email about a 250$ USD "annual fee" that I would be charged for absolutely nothing!
After being unable to login to my account because apparently I don't actually have a payer account (but I'm being charged for one) I had to call customer service and have them "cancel" my account.
I feel sorry for anyone who missed their email under the piles of spam and bs that we are bombarded with daily as a society as exemplified by the customer service agent who explained that "it was in the fine print of my payer agreement" from over a year ago.
Total waste of time NEVER use this company as a payer if you can avoid it, & delete your account / info IMMEDIATELY if you do as they will come back to haunt you, charging you for nothing just cuz (much like "broker fees" from all the major courier companies aka extortionists who incidentally LOVE PayCargo).

Ryan was very rude on the phone and kept saying let me be very clear instead of just assisting with the issue at hand . He then told me good luck figure it out . I called back and Samantha kept saying that she is new and didn’t understand the process other than any payments after 6pm can not be refunded. This place really needs to train their people better. This is unacceptable especially for the amount of money that businesses pay.

We setup an account with PayCargo several years ago. We provided our US Bank Account Details for them to enter in their system. They processed a payment and it didn't go through. We provided the details to them and they entered it in their system, not us. Yet, they were upset with us and closed our account. We ended up sending them a check to pay for their charges by courier to make things right. They then processed the payment a couple of weeks later with the bank details we provided. They closed our account because they didn't enter it correctly, processed the payment, and kept our account closed like we are in the wrong. We then started processing one time payments to their carriers by credit card in 2023 and now they have blocked our credit cards. I'm not sure why anyone deals with this company.

I intend to give them a one-star rating since there is no option for a VERO rating. Unrecognized charges were forwarded for my review. Upon closer inspection, we uncovered four charges for a service that was never provided. They have been withdrawing money from my account without my consent since 2022, all for a service that was never delivered. Their argument is that a public email from my company was used to open the account, yet they confirmed that they never provided any service to us.
Upon calling, the individual who answered the phone displayed rudeness and unprofessionalism. I then requested to be transferred to a supervisor. The supervisor acknowledged that the charges were made without my consent, offered an apology, and requested an email explanation. She assured me that she would assist in recovering my charges.
I strongly recommend exercising caution when dealing with this company and its business practices.
On January 16th, I sent an email to Pay Cargo explaining my disappointment. A couple of hours later, I received a reply from Anthony G, a "customer experience representative," acknowledging my email.
On January 30th, I received a call from a Pay Cargo representative who offered me a deal: to delete my review in exchange for a refund of $775.00. I refused this offer. Later that same day, at 3:21 pm, I received an email from Hernando, a member of the Pay Cargo customer experience team, stating, "As discussed, please find attached the agreement for your review." What agreement? I didn’t agree and I will never agree to anything other than getting my money back for a service that was never provided.
Of course, I read the ridiculous agreement where they basically want me to agree to, once again, delete my review and prohibit me from discussing anything with anyone else.
After reading all the reviews and seeing the same complaints over and over again, I wonder why the BBB is not taking action.
