Amazing customer service was given. Employee took their time to listen and help me resolve my situation by finding my receipt, correcting my email and send it to me. Call got disconnected and she managed to find my number and return the call. Service like this is rare to find these days and I greatly appreciate it. This is my 1st time using this platform and not my last I will definitely refer paycargo to fellow Fleet owners and Customers.

Fast and friendly help when it came to refund issue, by Samantha S.

We had a payment issue that our company created due to lack of knowledge As soon as I sent an email describing the issue, Samantha responded within minutes. I was really surprised and pleased at the immediate and quick response. The issue was resolved within a 1/2 hour. I wish every company resolved issues this fast :) Thank you Samantha and PayCargo for your excellent customer service.

Wrote to PayCargo's support team in an emergency via their link (like a few times before) to get two payments made in error get fixed. Within a few minutes I was copied into their response to my vendor for the one and got a refund confirmation for the other.
Very much appreciate this fast, effective and much needed help by Samantha. Excellent service provided here!! You took a lot of hassle off me. Thank you!!!

Top notch customer service.
You made a payment to the wrong vendor, they will constantly call/email the vendor to get it resolved for you.

I received excellent service today from both Samantha and Laura...definitely worth at least 5 stars. A vendor was overpaid and I needed the payment cancelled. There was a small window of time in which they could make this happen and they did it with time to spare. I've never had a bad experience with PayCargo. You're the best!!
