Hi Gatis. We're reliant on retailers returning funds to us before refunds can be issued to customers. Of course, if a customer tells us that an expected refund has not been received we will chase this up with the retailer. I've checked our records and can confirm that we have not been previously informed that a refund is due. However, our Complaints Department will reach out to you regarding this. Kind regards, Payl8r

Great company 👌
I have used Payl8r on three occasions and they have enabled me to buy the items I have longed for yes I could have saved but by the time I had saved the money the goods would be gone as BSA only make a run of X amount and Payl8r were there to help me purchase the goods, I highly recommend Payl8r and will use them again next time I find a rarety excellent company who make things easy, very easy 😀

I got 1ml of lip filler and paid through payl8r and the process was so quick and easy, i also got my pay date wrong so i emailed to the get it changed to a different date and they fixed my problem in less than an hour after sending the email!
