Unprofessional company. Not fair at all they dont care about you, they care only about the money. They dont care about your rights at all.
The retailer got the money,my course its cancelled long long time ago.
I send about 2 weeks ago the complaint manager screenshots about the cancellation and about the conversation with the retailer and she didn’t care.
I contacted first time the costumer service i got ignored.
They dont care that the retailer have the money,they have to pay back. They want me to pay something i never got and my order been cancelled about 2 weeks ago.
Payl8er try to charge me something i didnt get.
I need to spoke with solicitor and contact my bank to find out my rights and block the payment.
And they still try push me to pay something i dont own them.
This all stress goes on with payl8er and with the retailer since 1 month now and effects my mental health.

Tried a couple of times and got knocked back always says about my credit file and rating but with a rating of 997 on experian I just don't think this is true probably the same thing they tell everybody wont be trying to use them again ,I tried calling to get a more complete answer only to be told the same generic rubbish would not recommend 🤔

Not great, not easy! But a lot easier than my kids plates, finance available for the un financed. Offers a great product but be aware of your miss a payment it adds up! Other than that, get what you need and do what you do!
