Gaslight by Paystream customer services…
Gaslight by Paystream customer services team saying that it is for me to resolve with my bank why my 2 wages have not been credited to my account from their bank.
Called multiple times and they have cut the call.
Asked repeatedly for their policy and procedures for failed payments, nothing.
Steer clear of Paystream, absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Update back to PayStream response.
I was contacted by the Team Leader and still absolutely useless. Continues to not provide the requested information, still cannot seem to get my contact details correct. I have had to send different account details of a family member just to get a payment. And still being told Barclays have not processed the previous payment.
Never mind that I have bills to pay and am now owed 2.5 weeks money.
STAY AWAY FROM PAYSTREAM if you want to be paid on time and not gaslight about it being your fault.
