Pay weekly flooring have been fantastic from start to finish and the carpet looks amazing great quality and everyone has been really helpful and professional

Very good prices, no credit check , quick service.

The fitters came over 2 hours late and it was an all day job. 8am - 6pm and they came at 8pm. Also they didn’t put a new door divider in the used the old one and it was bent obviously as they tried to put it back.

Been paying for flooring for the last four weeks pulled my floor up last night for fitting today and they have sent the wrong floor! my floorimg i ordered is no longer being made!! Ive had no notification of this and when ive called they have assigned my deposit to my old payment plan with no contract signed and will not refund the money! there so unhelpful its disgusting how you can leave customers with no floor and no way of replacing the order

AFTER SPEAKING WITH CITIZENS ADVICE IT IS INFACT A BREACH OF CONTRACT UNDER COMMON LAW SO TAKE THIS AS MY DIRECT NOTICE OF REQUEST OF THE 50 DEPOSIT PAID ON 29th APRIL OF WHICH I CAN ADD PROOF OF ON HERE TO AGAIN PROVE YOU ARE ALSO DISHONEST AS WELL AS FAILING TO PROVIDE GOODS PAID FOR ALSO AS YOUR STAFF TRIED TO GO AS FAR AS SAYING THE DEPOSIT HAD BEEN PAID TO MISSING PAYMENTS OF WHICH THERE ARE NONE (Two late payment occasions paid the next day on a plan ive paid consistently for a year) NO NOTIFICATION OF THE CHANGE OF FLOOR OF EVEN OFFER OF COMMUNICATION IT WAS LEFT TO THE FLOOR LAYER TO TELL ME LAST MINUTE SO AS FAR AS SORTING THINGS OUT ITS A BIT LATE WHEN YOU HAVE LEFT A FAMILY HOME WITH NO FLOORING AND NO REFUND TO CHOOSE ANOTHER OPTION ITS DISGUSTING AND SO IS THE REPLY

So my flooring was booked in for 26th at between 10am and 2pm
And due to the bank Holiday being Monday nothing in my bank come out until the Tuesday that the flooring was due to be done i informed the fitter at 12 where he was as the room was empty and hoovered ready and he informed me that they canceled it and he didnt know why. So I Rung the company and got told because it was not taking yesterday on the agreed date it was cancelled baring in mind it was a bank Holiday nothing comes out on a bank Holiday even my other debts never come out until Tuesday morning but yet they still have taken the weekely payment so now im sat with my house up side down for 2 days still waiting for them to fit it once this is paid i will go else where as this customer service isnt acceptable

the experience i received from day 1 was magical,got a text straight away from the agent to arrange viewing of the flooring i wanted,and payment that would have to be paid on the day he came so the account can be processed asap,he was very helpful and polite ,he measured up and ordered the flooring i choose and gave me the price straight away,payment all set up to the date and time i wanted them to come but also could arrange this online if wanted ,arranged flooring date,the men came on time and on the date explained got many messages with all the arrangements which was great , the staff was so pleasant,had no problems or concerns im very happy with services i received

Fitters and the lady I spoke with on the phone to organise everything were amazing, while the gentleman who came to measure was fab it would maybe help in future to point out what underlays/ply wood would be needed and needed to be fitted and provided before they take the order 😅 this lead to me having to change my fitting date and type of flooring however the fit is fantastic and was done and finished in a morning. Definitely recommend

Absolutely enjoy my flooring. It was put down quickly, neatly and with skill.

The workers had a humbled attitude and behaviour. I would recommend this company for anyone wanting their flooring done.

This company are a bunch of scammers! The carpets look great at first but as time goes on they do not last. I had carpets laid in my bedrooms less than 2 years ago and the carpet is now coming up around the edges. Prior to this happening I had my stairs and landing done and door bars are not even put down properly plus my skirting boards are covered in adhesive spray. DO NOT USE or you’ll end up paying out more in the future to correct the awful job that eventually comes through when their cheap adhesive spray starts wearing off. The carpet in one of the bedrooms has already faded in colour also in less
than 2 years!!! Company needs to take responsibility for these under qualified fitters that they provide

To the reply- as stated the issues started happening AFTERWARDS so of course the job is signed off as completed. I have been in contact with the office many of times so for you to say this is the first you’re hearing of it is complete nonsense, no one bothered to contact the fitter and no one bothered to turn up to the standard check that was booked in for Tuesday so like all your replies seem to be to anyone with an issue actually take some ownership of things for once

As stated I had an appointment for it to be inspected that no one bothered to turn up for!!! I would love to know what aftercare was offered lol because all I’ve had is your fitter ignoring me for weeks after saying he would come back and your company making me an appointment they don’t show up for. Clearly not the first you’re hearing of it then is it!
