Really unprofessional. I booked an apiontment on the 5th of May for the 30th almost a month in advance the rep said she was coming messaged me in the morning to then say she is waiting for her kids Dad to pick the kids up to then not reply for hours I was waiting in untill 3pm with no reply or response for hours to her not bother to turn up. I contacted the company for them not to be interested and say shes the only Rep in the north West. Shambles of a company. Waste of time they are.

I ordered and paid full amount for a beautiful laminate floor which was scheduled to be delivered 18/05/2026 which didn’t arrive I rang the company and the van had broken down I then asked when my floor would be delivered which I was told another week I then asked for a refund and they told me only 50% I would get refunded I informed them I paid £620 and I would like a full refund again I was told only 50% I have just received £300 refund and they still owe me 320 I have emailed and rang them and they still haven’t issued the rest of my refund I’m warning people to stay well clear of this company I also know of another customer that this has happened to and they have only been issued 50% of there payments of a carpet that wasn’t delivered

I have now been emailed and told I will not receive the rest of my refund I have paid £620 for a floor and been given £300 back when they failed to deliver the floor this company are awful stay WELL CLEAR
