Do not use they take money from venerable people they do not explain all the charges. They put pay monthly and 3 payments have gone out and I have had no date for the fitting. I tried to cancel and they will not refund everything. I’ve paid 3 payments of £57 for nothing. For two small rooms it’s nearly £900. They advertise free underlay and they have marked on the paperwork no underlay. Do not use these people. I am getting my bank and police involved. DO NOT USE!!!!

Terrible customer service / experience. So I booked an appointment for 12.6.26 with the office to attend my new property as I wanted to see if I could get vinyl flooring done to the property. The local sales rep Dan texted me today (11.6.26 ) to confirm my appointment for tomorrow and explaining that I would need ID plus the £50 fitting fee if I chose to proceed this being in £30 cash and £20 on card. Before I confirmed I asked if Dan could call me as I wanted to ask some questions how it works with being how much of my property the £800 credit amount would do my flooring and how soon. Dan told me he couldn’t call me as he was out but could text me so I continued to text Dan. Throughout the communication he appeared to take what I was saying the wrong way and thought I was looking for a free quote but i didn’t say that or use them words at all he jumped to conclusions basing on maybe how the company has had experience with other customers before. I found this to be off putting to want to continue to use this company for my flooring of my property, before fully making my decision I called the office and was given Dan’s managers number to contact a lady named Terri which I did contact her number but I couldn’t get through to anyone. I left a voicemail on the managers line yet the manager didnt return my call and instead when I tried to then see if Dan was coming or not tomorrow he replied back to tell me that I had already spoken to the office and that they had taken my address off due to parking but thats just a excuse to not want to help me as on there postcode checker on there website it clearly says they cover my area / address. I in the end told Dan the local sales rep which by the way is for east London E14 area that due to his communication I’ve decided to not continue with the company. This company is not helpful neither do there reps fully talk to you correctly and take what a customer has said in the way they think. Wether they are a known company unfortunately I would rather give my custom and money to someone / a company that will treat me correctly and respectfully be careful.
By the way anyone who reads this and thinks Im being nasty to the company thats not the case I tried to speak to someone to help discuss this but they were interested. I also have all evidence to support this review and what I’ve said.

Horrible experience with the sales, operations, and customer service teams.

When the surveyor visited, I clearly explained that I had recently purchased the house, that the living room had newly installed vinyl flooring, and that I was planning to have cupboards built under the staircase. I specifically asked whether this would affect the carpet installation and if everything was suitable to proceed. The surveyor did not raise any concerns or mention any additional requirements.

I paid £50 for the initial visit and then another £100 by direct debit. However, when the installation team arrived, they informed me that the vinyl flooring would need to be removed, the cupboard work would need to be completed first, and that the cupboard doors would need to be trimmed before the carpet could be fitted. They also advised that there would be additional charges. To make matters worse, I was told that the £150 I had already paid was non-refundable.

My question is simple: why was none of this communicated during the survey visit? Had I been informed upfront, I could have planned accordingly and avoided wasting both time and money.

The lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
