I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star but had no choice.
3 times I have had my fitting booked in for and on them occasions they got cancelled by the fitter who is apparently the only fitter in my area. When I try and rebook I’m always given a fitting date that is weeks away. I was told when the first fitting was booked to make sure my carpet and underlay is all up which I did, I’ve been without a carpet for nearly a month now. I have kids also and have had two accidents due to nails sticking out on the stairs. It’s very unprofessional and they do not seem to care for their customers saying that the fitters are self employed and nothing they can do, but yet I was sold a package that fitting will be included with paying them on the day a fitter who they arrange, how can you use a fitter who is not reliable and costing your company bad reviews and complaints. They only have one fitter also in my area which is a joke they need someone else who actually gets up and goes to work without cancelling jobs continuously I understand things happen but 3 times???
I would avoid at all costs with this company and their fitters. They don’t take any responsibility and don’t care. Only offering a 50% refund if you wish to cancel and then trying to say I need to pay £40 if I had the carpet delivered to me. They do not offer good will gesture neither. So upset to be left without a carpet and money being taken off me for nothing.

Was meant to get my carpet fitted today,took a day off work & sat waiting all day,rang the office about 2.30pm to be told the fitter was just having something done to his van & it would probably be around 5pm to 6pm when he arrived,at 5.30 I WhatsApped & was told "it's only just 5pm" so I asked what time does the office close in case they don't turn up & was told 5pm,so now I'm sat here with no carpet,no way of contacting anyone as no one is replying on WhatsApp & a days wage down,not to mention the deposit & the weekly payments I've been paying.

From ordering the click flooring to having it fitted today , my experience was first class. Polite, helpful, good time keeping And well presented was really good. I would have no hesitation t recommend to friends and family.

I initially wrote a positive review however since then my flooring has come apart in a lot of places I don’t believe it was laid on the correct foundation in the first place so I had someone else look at it and that’s exactly what’s happened and because the flooring company never did proper checks until now I’m at fault a customer that has no idea about flooring I was sold somthing wrong on top of that they put a hold on my account for financial reasons all of a sudden I get an abusive message threatening me for the out standing balance I had genuinely forgot about until today I’m livid shoddy and disappointed and baffled at the recent message if I was send a invoice and a reminder of the payment it would of been paid in full but this is disgraceful and I’m taking it further
