Our payment plans are designed to be straightforward, offering no interest and no hidden fees, with flexible weekly, fortnightly or monthly options available. Our service includes home visits where measurements are taken and flooring options are discussed, helping customers choose the right product for their space. All flooring is cut and prepared specifically to each customer’s measurements, making every order bespoke and tailored to the property. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order is confirmed, materials are prepared to specification. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, bespoke goods are non-refundable unless proven faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We can recommend experienced, independent fitters to carry out installation. All fitters operate as self-employed contractors, and fitting services are arranged directly between the customer and the installer. While we are always happy to assist in coordinating and supporting communication, workmanship and installation remain the responsibility of the fitter. Our team is committed to providing a reliable and efficient service, from initial enquiry and quotation through to delivery and aftercare support. We aim to ensure clear communication throughout the process so customers know exactly what to expect. We welcome honest and constructive feedback and encourage reviews to reflect the correct service provided and the party responsible. Consider this your warning.
This is up there with the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had as a customer.
A lack of communication as to when the appointment will be completed
Unprofessional fitters that arrive and complain about how much work some aspects of the job would be.
Hidden policy’s on refunds so now that I’ve requested a cancellation they are claiming that 50% of what I’ve paid will not be returned to me when this policy is no where to found was not sent to me

My new flooring is amazing,,the two lovely people that came was fantastic,, they emptied my living room out,, pulled the old flooring up,,laid the new flooring,, put everything back in my living room took all the rubbish away for me,,had a lovely conversation with both of the fitters,,great people and a very great job,,well done guys,,it's perfect and I will use you again.

Had a beautiful carpet fitted today.. absolutely recommend this company.. the man that came to measure up was so lovely.. picked a beautiful carpet.. the carpet fitter was lovely too.. they came to my home in Kettering Northamptonshire so that was great for me.. fantastic from start to finish xx IV still got 2 rooms to have done so I will definitely use these from now on.. thankyou everyone 💞💞

Great service
From the measuring quoting appointment to the fitting everything went smoothly. When I couldn’t find a fitting date on the website I phoned them and they sorted a date straight away.
Fitting day- Harry was really efficient, friendly and professional. Carpet looks great.
