Do not touch Indian guys scamming! Booked flight no problem but when comes to hotel they take payment then ring back saying sorry fully booked, but why take money if you don’t no if availability. Then said try another one which you fall into the trap and proceed another extra £600 and guess what once again not available. Disputed with the bank thanks for making my holiday stressful

An agent of PCM Travel named Cody intercepted a call from me to Costco Travel (not sure how this happened) and posed as a member of Costco. He changed an airline reservations and then told me the rest of my Costco bill needed to be paid -$10,500. Thinking I was talked to Costco and the bill was coming due, I paid it. Later, when I found out my Costco bill had not been paid, I did every thing to get the credit card transaction cancelled. Even knowing they defrauded me, PCM travel convinced VISA that services were rendered and I could not get my money back. I cannot understand why VISA would side with this group. No travel agency will earn $10,500 for a 45 minute call to change an airline reservation. I don't know if the whole agency is fraudulent but the people I delt with certainly are. Avoid at all costs.

Me estafaron con una cambio de vuelo, se hacen pasar como si formaran parte de una aerolínea en mi caso de airfrance.
Lo peor que cancelaron mi vuelo sin mi autorización.
Los demandare.

TIENENE NOMBRES Y APELLIDOS DE LATINOS, PERO NO LO SON POR SU ASENTO.
SE HACEN PASAR POR PARTE DE UNA AEROLINEA.

Total scammers. Lied to me over the phone about what ticket price was available after the one I purchased from them was "no longer available". I had to approve a ticket $130 more expensive. 3 days later I still did not receive a ticket. I called the airline directly and they informed me that this company called them and told the airline that they are my "friend" trying to confirm a ticket for $130 less than what this PCM company charged. The airline also said that the email this company provided for the ticket was not mine but someone else's. Thank goodness the airline intervened. I still lost $95.90 to this company. Total scam, do not believe them.

PCM is completely a scam organization. Having booked and paid for an international flight, the day before the flight I called the major airline from a number in an email I had received regarding the booking. The “agent” confirmed many things about the flight, announcing there was a problem with the flight, requiring an additional $500. Long story short, i was not talking with the airline, but some sweatshop phone bank; it was bullcrap. When they processed the payment it was declined, and came through as PCM Travels. They threatened to cancel my entire reservation if I asked for a refund, turned belligerent eventually when I told them to hold the line, as I was arriving at the airport (we live very close) and would sort it out live with the agent… THEN they processed the refund, admitting they were not the airline.
Caveat emptor.

Llamé para verificar una información de un vuelo de Delta, ya que de Delta no funcionaba el número de Mex, a través de Google, vi el número de teléfono como representantes de Delta, el vuelo lo había comprado directamente con la aerolínea, querían que les depositara $289 dólares por una duda que tenía, si no, ellos cancelarían mis reservación, son unos fraudulentos
