If you are not a tech savvy, stay out of this
These are actually raw files, so you will need both the knowledge and access to locate your website’s FTP content. I was looking for an embed solution, but this does not meet my requirements. I emailed them, but never received a reply, even though they said they would respond within 24 hours.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Our platform used to be a self‑hosted solution that required manual configuration and FTP access, so your feedback reflects how the product worked at that time.
Since then, we’ve completely rebuilt the service into a modern cloud‑based flipbook platform that converts PDFs into flipbooks instantly, with no technical steps or hosting knowledge required. Everything is handled through a simple, intuitive admin interface, including sharing and embedding.
We’re sorry for the missed reply back then. If you’d like to see how much the platform has changed, you’re welcome to sign up for free and test the new interface. You can also email us at support@pdf-flip.com — we’d be happy to offer you a massive discount on any paid plan.

Working really smoothly and excellent customer service. I like the possibility of loading unlimited files with one subscription. I did some minor adjustment to the settings of my server and now I can upload flipbooks in different folders and it works really well.

It's a scam
there's no software, it's a coding page that required third party hosting that the website failed to mention anywhere. Over promising advertising and failed to communicate or solving dissatisfaction of product. Will ghost you if you ask for refund

Thank you for sharing your experience. Our older version was indeed a self‑hosted solution that required third‑party hosting and manual setup, and your feedback reflects how the product worked at that time.

Horrible instructions and mis-leading advertising
Upon purchase you will receive a text notepad with very vague instructions that 99% of people will not understand. The website failed to inform its customer what their product requires certain coding experience and how to add it into your site. If your website is on Wix or Squarespace and inquire for easier instructions, they will tell you that you will need a 3rd party web hosting service. If you are not comfortable with using a 3rd party hosting and request a refund. they will ghost you and take your money. Until they answer my request refund on day 1 of purchasing, this review will stay up.

Thank you for your review. The older version of our product required coding knowledge and third‑party hosting, and we understand how that could feel unclear. Since then, we’ve upgraded to a fully cloud‑based platform with instant PDF‑to‑flipbook conversion and no technical setup.
You can sign up for free to try the new interface, and if you contact us at support@pdf-flip.com, we can offer a significant discount on any paid plan.
Revised rating of Pdf-flip
I need to revise my rating of the pdf-flip product ("This company is scammy") because they issued a refund. It took some coaxing, but in the end they did the right thing.

Completely useless if you know nothing…
Completely useless if you know nothing about coding. Besides that, it doesn’t work with the platform we use. I tried reaching out to the customer support several times, but they ignore my e-mails.
Luckily, we found another platform. My best advice is to stay away from PDF-flip.
