A good selection of flipbook templates and many usefull options. We choose the pro plan so we can share our pubs from our included custom domain and also download the flipbooks.

Great marketing tool
Great marketing tool. Love the fact that it is a one time payment and not a subscription.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you find the platform a great marketing tool and appreciate the one‑time payment option. We designed it to be both flexible and cost‑effective, so it’s wonderful to know it fits your needs.
Good value for it's price
We bought this to present 7 of our company .pdf brochures as flipbooks.
The main advantage compared to other similar solutions is the fact that pdf-flip.com offer a single time payment and we can re-use it for multiple flipbooks.
We had used another provider a few years ago and we had to renew the license each year for all of our brochures and the total cost was ridiculous.
We offered 4 stars instead of 5 because the loading time for one of the brochures seems a bit slow .. this might also be because of our web server.

Thank you for your detailed review! We’re glad to hear the platform helped you present all seven brochures as flipbooks and that the one‑time payment model offers better long‑term value compared to yearly renewals.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We’re delighted that Theo was able to guide you through the integration and that our support team’s response time stood out. Even when a few settings need extra attention, we’re always here to help — and we’re glad everything came together perfectly in the end.
Huge rip-off merchants. Avoid!
Not suitable for non-coding experts. The instructions are gibberish and do not create the PDF flip book you’ve paid for. Then the company goes to ground failing to respond to emails asking for a refund. Very shady business practices: they take your money for nothing.

Thank you for sharing your experience. The issues you described were related to our old, self‑hosted version, which required coding knowledge and manual setup. We understand how that could feel confusing or frustrating, especially for users who expected a straightforward flipbook tool.
Over the past two years, we’ve completely rebuilt the product into a cloud‑based flipbook platform that requires no coding, no hosting, and no technical configuration. Flipbooks are created instantly from your PDF files, and everything is managed through a simple, intuitive online dashboard.
If you’d like to see how much the platform has changed, you’re welcome to sign up for free and test the new interface. You can also email us at support@pdf-flip.com — we’d be happy to offer you a massive discount on any paid plan.
The website does not adequately explain…
The website does not adequately explain how their software works, and the instructions assume a high degree of technical expertise, which I do not have and didn't realise until I bought the product.
I requested highly simplified alternative instructions, but got essentially the same information back. At this point it became clear I could not use the product as it is entirely predicated on the use of my website, when my plans involved a third party platform.
This was explained clearly to PDF-Flip and they went quiet, failing to respond to my emails. Then I requested a refund and the silence become deafening. I am STILL seeking a refund, but their rudeness and unprofessionalism so far leave me with little hope.
If they prove me wrong and refund my money I will happily amend or delete this review. If no such update exists when you read this, assume the worst and steer well clear.
