I have been trying to work that out where they can have the shoes back but I refuse to pay to ship them back as they misrepresented the show and the quality of the shoe, this is not an issue of I just do not like them. The pictures I have provided and the abundance of the same issue that is posted on Trustpiolet.com that PayPal had to have been involved in as your name is mentioned often that I provided is a redundancy of the same issue. Another issue that I failed to mention is that they use a re-shipper. The way that works is they wait until they have enough orders to fill a pallet or a shipping container, that comes into the US and is inspected as one then the re-shipper ships the product from a US point, in this case by the sticker it went from Atlanta (ATL) to Orlando MCO those are the airport codes.
So if the return address is a domestic location why do I have to pay for them to go to China?? The address belongs to US – Elogistics 13725 Pipeline Ave Chino CA 91710 Google the address
They have pages full of scams from China based companies!! The tracking number on the package is: 92612927005390000016680875 this is a domestic tacking number not an international. So is PayPal going to be supporting China based companies that use a shell game to covertly hide their fraudulent activities, I am sure the purchasing public would like to know before making the decision to use your financial services to make purchases!
As for reshipping companies like the above mentioned here is an article from Google: Reshipping companies, which accept a package on the customer's behalf and then forward the parcel to its final destination, play a central role in enabling cross-border eCommerce……While it's true that fraudsters use reshippers to try and cover their tracks, many legitimate customers also rely on these services. Please take note about the fraud issue. The other issue that I failed to point out is The issue that I have is how do I know that all the information I have sent is being seen by the person that is in the decision-making process? It does not show in the file at all so all I know is the person is seeing what was seen before. PayPal is knowingly supporting this type of company as I have been back and forth with them and they refuse to just stand by the customer. Even though they used a reshipper and falsy represented the shoes they want me to ship them to China before I get a refund, the shipping to there is half the cost of the shoes and they were shipped to me from CA. PayPal customer protection is not worth a dime, I wish I had used my Visa/Mastercard or Amex as I would not be going through this right now. Do not trust this company or PayPal to protect you!!

I made an order more than three months ago and up till now I have not received it. It is very disappointing.

Never again! Do not buy from Pearlfeet. In order to return an order, you have to pay shipping all the way to China. It's likely going to cost more than your refund amount. I will not buy from this company again.

Terrible. Worst online experience. Shoes ARE NOT sized properly. Bought 3 pairs - received 2 pairs after 3 monthes then after filing a PayPal complaint I received the 3rd pair. Wanted to return, but was unable to as they were unresponsive to my multiple emails. DO NOT buy from this awful Chinese company.

Cheap Chinese tat, the photos flatter. Ordered 2 pairs sent 1 and promised refund for the other, still waiting 3 months later.
Seems like they are peddling the same trash through another company now.

Pearlfeet is a scam. Pearlfeet is a company in China. It took me almost two months to receive my shoes that I ordered. When I received the shoes, the shoes were totally different from what I ordered. I email the company about the mistake and I was told that it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. I told them that it was not the size but wrong shoes. They offered me a 20% refund if I return the shoes. At a 20% return, It would cost me more to return the shoes that what they are worth. Pearlfeet knows that so they low ball you on your refund. Pearlfeet is a Chinese company located in China. I guess Pearfeet enjoy ripping off Americans. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Pearlfeet. They will just rip you off. So far I have no refund or shoes.

My boyfriend ordered us a pair of slippers (sized for an elf) myself a pair of tennies, him-2 pair of shoes and lastly-
Loungewear for me. None of which, not one item fit. All made oddly small-even the loungewear...
When I emailed, they encouraged me to keep items because they said the shipping cost would be horrific! Offered the “20% off next order”scam if I would keep items...on 3rd response, finally I was given an address to ship back. LOL
to return to them in Covid....oh wait-sorry...China was quoted $89. for a slow boat LOL. What a JOKE. Burned by

My husband really wants his new shoes. He loves his old pair and wants to replace them with a new pair. I wish he could have his wish fulfilled but the reviews I’ve read here are very discouraging and are uncomfortably similar to the experiences I’ve had so far. PayPal used my account to pay Pearlgo Technology Co., Limited on June 10th, 2020, for the shoes I ordered and never received. After waiting until July, I contacted them both by email and by Facebook messenger and was told that the shoes were out of stock and that we could receive a refund. I was encouraged to wait a few weeks and sure enough, before I could ask for the refund, I was told that my order had shipped. It didn’t arrive until August 24. The shoes were the right size but the wrong style. I have since been given the same runaround as I’ve read in many of the other reviews here - including the insulting “20% future discount if I will keep the incorrect order”. I want a total refund. I have contacted PayPal. I will probably have to escalate my claim soon but first I am cooperating by contacting the Pearlfeet company using Paypal’s form. I will let you know what happens. I don’t understand why PayPal doesn’t stop dealing with Pearlfeet after so many people have been hurt by them. I plan to pursue this.

This company does not honor it's own return policies. The shoes I ordered took over two months to arrive, are too small for my feet as manufactured for my size, and are not of good quality. I would NEVER do business with them again, and I strongly advise against ordering anything from this company.

Ordered a pair of $36 shoes on 27th May 2020, eventually got delivery after 64 days on 30th July 2020. Product is cheap canvas on a molded rubber sole. It was at least two sizes smaller than I needed but that is because I ordered a size US 13 which the Chinese seem to think is a UK size 10. Communication with this company is virtually impossible, they will keep sending despatch notices with a tracking number but the tracking number leads no where. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My trainers arrived. What's a three month wait between friends?! Looked good. Comfy. Right size. But...
One of the laces frayed. OK no big deal but...a decent lace is not rocket science to source.
Then. Replacing the lace I noticed one of lace hooks was missing. Just a couple of holes where it was fixed. Shoddy.
What next? I'm trembling in anticipation.
What if I order another pair (only joking). What would be first? New trainers arrive / current pair disintegrates? My money is on the falling apart scenario.
This is not a problem. I'll go out and buy another pair, reputable make. What I should have done in the first place.
PS if you want your footwear by Christmas. Too late.

I have had a terrible customer service experience with pearlfeet. I ordered 2 pair of shoes: one man's boot and one women's sandals in late June. It is now late August and so far I have received the man's boot but not the sandals. Instead I was sent a clown size red shoes that I did not order. I have requested almost daily since late July that the correct sandals be sent or my credit card refunded. Pearlfeet has done neither!!!! They want "proof of evidence" that I received the wrong shoes, which I sent a picture of the clown shoes, and now say I received my shoes because the 2 packages were delivered by the post office, but refuse to admit/understand that one package was not ordered!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM PEARLFEET! It is a scam!!!

Don't do business with these folks. What is buried in the fine print, with a link that usually doesn't work, is that if the shoe doesn't fit (their sizing can be off by quite a bit), or you want an exchange, or you just don't like the product, YOU HAVE TO RETURN THE SHOES TO CHINA AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. The shipping will cost more than some of their shoes. They have no U.S. return address, and they will not provide a postage-paid return label. So good luck. This company is just not prepared to do business in the U.S.

Sent the wrong shoes, offered a 30.00 usd refund and a 25% coupon on the next order.
They DID NOT follow through.
Tried to dispute it with papal, and they wanted the shoes sent back at the cost.....wait for it.....30.00 USD.
Shipping back to China would have cost that.
No guarantees they would honor the return as they didn't honor the last offer.
The other shoes in the order slip to the side. They look pretty and the material is good, but the way they attached the soles is not centered so it kills your feet in three hours.
Never again, you scamming junk dealers.
Pay pal gets poor marks for supporting this "Not worth the bother" return policy.
This is why Amazon kills you on the daily, Paypal.

shoes way too small. they refuse to accept return. took 2 months to get the shoes and now they wont take them back. definitely a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This is a scam, I ordered 2 pair of shoes but never received anything (it’s been over 4 month). They take advantage of COVID to pretend there are delays but I tracked the package with the info they gave me and couldn’t find anything. The tracking number was showing that the USPS was supposed to deliver the package, but after checking with them (phone and in person), they told me the package doesn’t exist, they never were delivered anything...
I emailed them several times but I receive automatic BS answer (they propose a discount to make up for the delay, but it’s an automatic answer so you never get the discount and they never give you an update).
don’t buy from them, it is definitely a scam.
