I have found Pedalsure to be clear, fair and excellent value for money having used them for many years.
I'd like to single out Sasha for praise who was fantastic in helping me deal with a claim that was far from straight forward. She was patient and thorough. Thank you.

The process and documentation needed for the claim was clearly set out, and then put through very quickly, no more than a couple of days, when similar procedures can take weeks.

Very quick and easy to follow.great price, would recommend to friends.

Read every single detail in the policy as they’ll do their best not to pay if your bike is stolen.

I was genuinely blown away by the speed at which my claim was dealt with, and how helpful Sasha was throughout the process. They were professional, reasonable and a true pleasure to deal with. Would give 6 stars if possible.

I wouldn't want my bike wheels to be stolen again, but if they were I know I have my back covered.

My bike was stolen while i was at home and therefore the door to my conservatory was unlocked at the time as i was periodically in and out. An opportunistic thief walking the back of my terraced street took the opportunity to steal my bike and because the door wasn't locked they refused to pay out. To the letter of the policy they're right (has to be force entry) but defeating common sense and reasonability.

It was a difficult time having my bike stolen, was bought during the pandemic and was my dream bike. Pedalsure were polite, helpful and understanding and dealt with the claim quickly and with no fuss. Made a bad situation much easier to handle and I am very appreciative of their approach. As a footnote please ensure you keep all receipts is my advice as it makes the claim easier

Could not fault Pedalsure.. My bike was stripped of its seatpost, saddle, handlebars and shifters which was quite an upsetting experience, since I’d just upgraded them. Pedalsure dealt with my claim swiftly and efficiently and made the whole experience much more bearable.

I had to put a claim in, and they were responsive and I felt things were being processed in a good way. I would recommend them.

Easy to get insured not the cheapest but apart from that it's good ,not able to download insurance paper work for the bike,so if could be posted to me it help me a lot
