I have ordered numerous times from Pegasus Jewellery and every time the speed of service and quality of the items has been wonderful. I would recommend purchasing from Pegasus without hesitation, beautiful jewellery.

Lovely quality jewellery, delivered with care and packed really well, my wife really likes the horse equipment theme, and says she would recommend this company , For a wife, partner or daughter in to horses the jewellery is ideal for gifts that you wont find on high street.

Brilliant company to deal with after sales is excellent

I have yet to receive the item I ordered. It was meant to be delivered by the 11th February. It’s now the 24th. Heard nothing.

I paid £7 for next-day delivery on 9 November, expecting the item on 11 November. It didn’t arrive. Royal Mail confirmed the parcel was actually posted on 11 November, despite the seller claiming it was sent on the 10th.

Delivery was attempted on 12 November, which was too late, so I refused it. It was returned to the seller on 18 November.

What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. The seller replied to only one email, provided no phone number, and ignored all further messages about a refund. In the end, I had to go to the trouble of getting my bank involved, and after a month the refund was finally issued.

Really disappointed, especially from a small company. If they had handled the situation properly at the time, I might have returned as a customer, but after this experience I definitely would not recommend.

Brought two bracelets on the 19th September as birthday presents. one was broken so I emailed immediately and was told a replacement would be sent out. I’ve emailed a number times since and each time told it’s been dispatched but still no bracelet.

Having been a customer for many years and living the items, I was lucky enough to win a voucher in the £10 lucky bag. Having waited and chased for the voucher for over 3 months, I finally received a discount code and I ordered three items, one being one of the most expensive Items they sell.
This item arrived damaged and I requested a return, which was accepted and they confirmed receipt. To date I have not received any voucher or refund, they refuse to answer my emails and I have been blocked on messenger.
A really shoddy way to treat loyal customers.

A beautiful necklace arrived as my Mystery Bag surprise. Thank you it is lovely. I haven't stopped wearing it. Great service. I will definitely apply for another Mystery Bag.

Amazing choice of beautiful jewellery. The descriptions of the items are detailed and make it easier to decide on your purchase. My items arrived well packaged with a jewellery pouch. The items were for myself but would make a fantastic gift. Very impressed.

fabulous jewellery, fast delivery

Arrived in the timescale advised at point of purchase and item I can not fault for looks and use or use. The sticks are strong so appear to be keeping all bugs well clear of me thank goodness.

So I bought a necklace and bracelet from this company I only received the braclet emailed to find out where the necklace was told it was late coming back from hallmarking promised to send another one in the post to receive it next day it didn’t turn up explained it was a birthday present I now have an upset daughter with half a birthday present emailed the company 3 times only had one reply not very good customer service and still no necklace!!! Not very happy!!!
Said they refunded me and they definitely didn’t

I purchased a horse shoe necklace from pegasus jewelry to the USA and was blown away by the quality and how beautiful it was for my wife. While in shipping it was held by customs and i contacted pegasus and they came through for me by emailing me back quickly (even out of office) with where the necklace was and were extremely kind and helpful. I highly recomend this company and their products. Thank you so much!!
