They won't let me cancel
The "help" I received was basically some standard Employee forms they gave advice on how to fill out. I said numerous times that I would be cancelling, but the notice they sent went to spam and now they are saying I didn't cancel with 90 days notice they are going to charge me for a whole year. That is $3000 that is going down the drain because I do not need their services at all.
I offered to pay half of that to buy out of the contract, but they want 100% of the 12 months to buy out of the contract while providing 0 service.
