As well, she takes the time to explain the 'whys' regarding the recommendations in order for me to understand and be able to support our employees regarding the situation. I never feel rushed by Pene and she ALWAYS completes the follow-ups or provides the documents/advice in a TIMELY manner. Other representatives I have dealt with take a long time to respond or I have to reach out again looking for the information.
