I Phoned to discuss my renewal of my caravan insurance as I did it on line and was not sure it had gone though when they finally answered they said it had gone though all right.
But it did take 35 minutes just to get someone too answer.

Trusted Performance Direct to keep costs low
It's very difficult to review an insurance company, especially if you've never made a claim. You only then know how they perform and look after their customers. What with prices of everything being so ridiculously high nowadays, it is a suprise to find that performance Direct, aren't taking the Micky when it comes to renewal costs. To be honest, I didn't do much looking around for competitive prices, because I knew they would keep me informed, show me what I paid last year and how much it is this year. But, like I said earlier, you don't know how good they are till you need to make a claim.
