The customer service is brilliant. Very helpful when I ring them and always have time to explain things I didnt understand being one the older generation!! I was pleased as my insurance had only increased by ten pound. Well done !

I have tried to remove auto renew from your site several times, sent E-mails to NOT renew policy, despite this I have had FOUR E-mails thanking me for renewing your policy.
SO PERHAPS YOU COULD CONFIRM YOU WILLNOT RENEW THE POLICY AND FORWARD PROOF OF NO CLAIMS.
