Pet Chemist Reviews

As always, the process was easy, especially having an on-site script. The medications arrived within 2 days.

My dealing with Pet Chemist was exellent from start to finish. Their website is easy to navigate, the process efficient and the product always arrives in good condition and quickly.

Easy to order online; delivery was seamless.

I was very happy to receive my order so quickly and to get it at such an excellent price! I was so impressed by the fast delivery and great pricing for the Royal Canin Urinary s/o diet for cats that I am changing all my orders to Pet Chemist.

Quick and easy. Prices are slightly cheaper too

Very quick shipping (I got my items within a day!), good variety of stock and well priced. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Signed up to use Pet Chemist, placed the order. Was notified that order could not be filled as required a prescription. Due to needing medication quickly cancelled order. They still thought it was appropriate to charge my card even though they had no intention of providing the medication at that point. Disappointed money taken before medication dispensed.

Have been buying from Pet Chemist regularly and find them to be very knowledgeable and great service, highly recommend them.

Very quick delivery

Delivery time wasn't particular quick. I express posted my script on the same day I ordered and it still took over a week for the medication to arrive - despite me having paid extra for express delivery.

I have been getting my dogs prescription for arthritis now from pet chemist online for 5 months now. I order and with in two to three days it is delivered to me. I also save a lot of money buy ordering with pet chemist as there prices are really good. Would highly recommend them.

I recently placed an order from Pet Chemist and as always it arrived promptly within days of placing my order.

Excellent service from Pet Chemist Online. After I placed my order, they took the time to call me and discuss a better option for my prescription medication based on how easily the tablets could be divided. Not only was it a more practical choice, but it also saved me money. The order was processed and delivered quickly as well. Great customer service and genuinely helpful advice – highly recommended.

Ordering my dogs medicine was simple and the whole process was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Pet Chemist for prescription medicines for your pets.

I’ve been using pet chemist for a while now and they have been amazing! They give plenty of notice when my repeat delivery is due incase I need to change it and then the actual delivery is always fast and well packaged!

Great packaging and super fast postage. Communication was great also.

Her cardiac medication was delivered quickly - thank you so much.

Terrible in comparison to in the past, normally can send a pic of script and they process and I send script to them, I paid for a envelope plus express shipping which was both a waste of money as medicine was not posted immediately, I had to resend photo and still the item was held until script was received resulting in my pet immediately having serious complications. Very very unhappy and has caused my pet to relapse and suffer and now has lost huge amounts of hair and weeping skin from scratching and licking where he could reach forcing him back into a cone.
