The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. Terry did a very professional job of putting the cat flap in our back door - all clean and tidy with a minimum of disruption. Highly recommend!

Our cat flap was installed last Friday, so pleased with it. We have leaded light sealed UPVC doors and I was worried about how it would look. First class job.
Excellent communication from the company from the off, customer portal sends updates to your order, so you know what's happening. Quick and helpful replies to all my questions. It was a speedy service, approx three weeks from order to installation. Josh came and did the survey and then returned two weeks later to install the cat flap, one for larger cats. He was very polite and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Offered plenty of options and provided their recommendations. Rob the fitter in Sussex was absolutely fantastic. Extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and quick.

Very efficient and even though we ordered a chip reading cat flap we were advised by installer that maybe we should wait a while before picking up cat and putting her up to flap. She was a stray and quite nervous at moment. She is now using flap but without chip. Good advice as she may have been put off for good. Good job and very pleased

It took a while from ordering to installation but John was very clear with communication when we contacted them and he went out of his way to bring forward the measurement appointment and fitting appointment. Very friendly and accommodating. We had researched a few different companies and most were in the same price region as pet flaps uk, but we were glad we went with pet flaps uk. We would use them again if we ever had need to.

They did a great job of the Cat Flap, pity about my brand new decking which was left with dozens of scratches / dents and scuffs. Despite sending photos/video of the damage, Pet Flaps won't accept liability for any of the damage.

Following some research, I found this company and initially spoke to John and Anna who were very helpful. Approx. 2 weeks from ordering to fitting. Kept updated via the customer portal throughout. Terry made contact and was very prompt in conducting the initial survey. Informed Terry that the catflap had been delivered and arranged the installation. Terry was professional, friendly and a tidy worker. I highly recommend this company. A word of warning, there are other companies with similar names so take care to pick this one. Thank you.

Fantastic experience with pet Flaps. Terry was a credit to them. At 1st I was meant to be having a glass fitted flap but this couldn't happen. This was no problem for Terry he made an alternative plan and sorted it striaght away. Even when I said I needed to reschedule due to electrical issues he assured me he would go ahead as planned and would ensure he brought his battery tools. Great customer service, in particular as we had a tricky wall / door set-up and we were able to come up with a great solution. Cat flap fitted by Josh who was professional and courteous and did a perfect job.

Found company online which is a bonus as such a niche requirement and service provided exactly what we needed to put a catflap through a solid wall. Took pictures, got quote and all sorted very quickly. Is all automated so got a bit nervous after paying 50% deposit it went quiet for a while but Josh turned up and did a brilliant job. Highly recommend.
