Ordered and booked appointment on line ,so easy to do .
Ordered and booked appointment online,they were able to advise which petflap which was appropriate by measurements and pictures, kept me updated with a customer portal.They sent the pet flap direct to my address and they passed my details on to the fitter who got in touch and made a suitable appointment for fitting. The fitter made a great job he had to make adjustments to the petflap and door due to the sizing of the door panels, but nothing seemed to much trouble, he made an excellent job .Thank you

Overall had a great experience with cat flap installation
Overall had a great experience with this. The turnaround time from ordering the cat flap and arranging the installation was very quick, we were kept in the loop with with updates and the customer service during installation was amazing.
Josh, who installed the cat flap, was very polite and insightful throughout the process, providing suggestions and working very quickly and efficiently throughout.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Josh came and fitted the Dog flap into a composite door, he explained everything that he was going to do and made sure I was happy with every stage. He did a fantastic job fitting the dog flap at a perfect height for my two Cavalier King Charles dogs. You could tell he took pride in his workmanship, even his siliconing around the flap to finish off was perfection! I would highly recommend Pet Flaps UK to anybody wanting a Pet flap supplied and fitted.

Throughout all the process was extremely professional. After accepting the quote the cat flap was delivered. Installation date was provided instantly. The cat flap was fitted by Josh who was very good in explaining full use of the cat flap and the procedure for microchip entry. Definitely recommend this service.

Excellent service from start to finish. The lady that answered my initial call was very helpful & knowledgeable. Pet Flaps UK log the process of your order and when something happens they update you with an email. The cat flap was installed within a week of my initial enquiry. Tony the fitter was polite, clean & tidy and explained how the cat flap worked. Great company who I would recommend to others & would use again in the future.

Excellent customer service. Fromthe enquiry call to my doggy door installed it took less than 2 weeks.
The person who took my call was very knowledgeable about their products and adviced me on the best solution for my requirement.
The pricing included everything, there were no hidden costs.
The installation was done to an excellent standard, leaving a clean area after the job and even going the extra mile to help fix a little issue with my door.

Absolute terrible aftercare
Absolute terrible aftercare the dog flap wasn't sealed correctly and after a while started slowly building with water which slowly turned green after I contacted them we sent photos, emailed and phoned but absolutely nothing from their end.
It was fitted incorrectly and we are nearly a thousand pounds down on a dog flap!!!!!!!

Even if a review is poor we feel it is fair that our customers and potential customers are given opportunity to hear of other customers experiences. Our follow up communication to you has been poor and we hold our hands up, mistakes were made. Like many trades we provide a full year's warranty on workmanship but, as is the case here, issues were reported to us well past that year. Nevertheless we still value providing good follow-up service on installations and I have today personally spoken with Mick who installed the dog door and he will attend to examine the installation and attend to whatever may need to be done. Although Trustpilot should not be considered as a forum for debate, for the benefit of other customers I feel it just and fair to point out that the quoted figure of 'nearly a thousand pounds' is more than double that charged for the job. Mick will be out as soon as he can as re-application of silicone is not practical on a rainy day. Kind regards. John Carolan, Director.
Great service fit into wooden door
Great service pet flat arrived within a few days & the right size. Terry fitted it the following week. Wasn’t a straight forward fit into a wooden door but he done a great job, looks good & no mess. Thank you very happy with it.
